I highly recommend that you see Mason at the store. Extremely helpful all the way around and also helped me saved me money. I'm going to recommend him to my entire neighborhood. I'll also be back.

Service wasn't the best didn't get the help I needed ended up leaving without anything they said they couldn't do a sample and they needed a picture or name of the paint waste of time what I needed was simple

Terrible customer service. The man who answered the phone was rude, unhelpful and explained that the wait for a small can of paint was ‘very long’ and he can’t ‘really help me’ I asked to speak to a manager and he refused to transfer my call. This is the worst of all Sherwin Williams locations, plenty of other locations near by. Don’t bother here.

GIGANTIC RIPP OFF WITH TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I purchase about $650 of high end paint from Sherwin Williams. After a lot if research, I elected to go with matte in the bedrooms and satin in the closet and bathroom. I had even ordered samples through a third party resource. The rooms had been prepped because we were also installing carpet so I had my painter come do the work while I happened to be traveling.When I returned i had a nasty shock! The sheen in the bedrooms was significant, and it was markedly greater than the bathrooms and closet. In fact the closet had no sheen at all! At first I was certain that my painter had screwed up but he very willingly came over and reviewed the paints with me.Turns out it was not my painter at all but Sherwin Williams paint. Their sheens are very different from other paints and also very different from what they report online. If you look at any online information, they clearly show a convention if sheen and gloss that goes from flat at the lowest through matte then eggshell, satin etc.. So matte should be a much lower sheen than satin.I called the store (SW in Lone Tree) to discuss and they said the only thing they could do was to file a claim with Sherwin Williams using the serial numbers of the paint, which I provided.Two weeks later, the response was that there was nothing wrong with the paint batches and all they could offer me was half off my next paint purchase. So on essence it was like “ too bad you wasted $650 PLUS the cost of your painter and all we can offer you is more paint whose sheen you can’t predict”. I was and am beyond disappointed and livid. It’s bad business and it would’ve cost them next to nothing to make this right. Shame on Sherwin Williams and their Lone Tree Store!

This store bends over backwards to help their clients. I can't recommend Brooke enough. Seriously, I will TRAVEL to this store, more than an hour away from me, because of the kind of service these people strive to bring. I highly recommend this store, Brooke, and her team.
