The teachers are engaging and polite to both our children and us. Despite the changes in directors lately, the assistant director has always been incredible. Ms.Shelby is professional, helpful and polite during every interaction and always makes us feel welcome. The facility is always clean and decorated nicely. There definitely was a rough patch last year due to the constant management changes ,but since Dani and Amber took over, I have seen nothing but sincere efforts to do the best for the children.
