I had a number of bad experiences in Sam's, but today was the last straw. I went to get gas. No real line today, but I saw 5 open spots on the other side of my fuel door. I flipped around like I have many times. I scanned my phone, to pump gas and a man named Dennis working the pumps told me it was a one way. I explained I didn't know and I would make sure to not do this next time. Instead, he went and turned off the entire pump for me and the customer next to me because "I didn't follow his rule". I couldn't believe how horribly it was handled. After going inside to talk to a manager, I was told they can't do anything because that is what management tells them to do. The one star is worth it because I went directly over to Costco and had a better experience my first time than I ever had at Sam's. Help yourself and go to Costco, I promise you won't regret it!

Guess Walmart cant afford hoses that reach both sides of a car that have been around for decades now, so getting gas after 9am takes 20+ minutes always backed up cuz with half the pumps empty, potholes big enough to cause damage who cares years later still there, not open 24/7 because why be efficient when you can try & get em in during shopping hours. squeeges? what are squeeges typically there never out when its literally the guys only job by 5 minutes after open they should be out but the managers grandpa cant even do that. I go to gas stations to fill my tank and clear my windows when needed in an effcient manner not to be harrased by the stores managers grandpa. but what chw gonna do these parasites are the only place left to shop. Costco not much better I hold both cards & just go to the one closest when I need a fill up. costco has modern hoses and no potholes but no squeeges lmao. merica ef yeah oh the 3 people paid to treat me like a criminal but only 1 to accept my cash to check me out is a great way to say F U to customers, no I wint use your robots without an employee discount the shear audacity of this "company" is amazing they actually think people patronize them by choice. how bout sending the 3 receipt checkers that treat customers like criminals to a register?

Mixed bag. They were able to resolve the improper installation and balancing done at the Castle Rock Sam's Club location. When I needed another balance and rotation, they wouldn't take walk-ins at all so I had to wait several weeks for an appointment. When I got there for my appointment, they were only working one bay. The work was done fairly quickly, but when I asked how things went the tech told me one wheel had 2 hub centric rings so he didn't install the second one.I had aftermarket wheels on my car for many years and usually do my own rotations, including the previous one, so I was very surprised to hear this. I asked him to get me the "extra" ring which he went in the back and brought to me.When I got home, I checked all my wheels and sure enough, one ring was missing. What must have happened is one stayed in the wheel while another stayed on the hub, confusing the tech. I had been the last person to rotate the wheels and would certainly have noticed if I tried to mount a wheel with 2 rings, and regardless the tech should have noticed that one wheel he mounted had no ring. So I jacked up my car, pulled the wheel off and installed the ring myself.I do appreciate that he told me what happened so I could diagnose and resolve the problem myself. And he was pleasant to talk to. But he really should have figured this out himself. He might not have much experience with hub rings, so I tried calling back a few days later to let him know what happened. But the tire center phone rang for a couple minutes until someone just picked it up and immediately hung up on me. Not professional at all. So I hope he sees this review.I have also gotten conflicting information from the Tire Centers regarding their policies, which even the managers don't seem to understand. For example, I was told that once you buy any tires there, they will rotate and balance tires on any car you own, even if you got the tires somewhere else. And I was told that if your membership ends, they will still balance and rotate tires you bought there free. But both of those claims have been denied by other Sam's Club Tire Center employees. The Costco and Discount Tire locations I have used seem to have better trained techs than either of the Sam's Club Tire Centers I went to.

Today I went to Sam's Club to pick up 2 orders. After waiting for over 10 minutes, one of the orders was delivered to my car. I told the man that I had 2 orders to pick up and the order that he hadn't brought out was big. Other people were also waiting for their orders, and when he knocked on the back of my car, I opened the hatch. Sam's Club tells you that they don't charge you until you've picked up your order. When I got home and opened the hatch, I received 4 bags of sugar and was charged $17.96 twice and $357.98 for the order I didn't get. I tried to call the store, but nobody answered. This isn't the first time I've had this happen dealing with this Sam's. Somebody needs to tell the people that deliver the orders to customers that 4 bags of sugar doesn't constitute a "large order." I'm handicapped, so shopping in the store is difficult when having to drag medical equipment with me, but now I'm going to have to get credit for the order I didn't get and what I'm afraid of is that the guy delivered my big order to one of the other cars. If I don't get credited for the $357.98, I'll file a dispute with my bank. Even though it's much farther from my home, the Sam's Club on South Wadsworth is much more efficient when it comes to bringing out your correct order. This Sam's wants to deliver your order to the trunk of your car. Great for them because you can't see what you're getting, but if you know what's good for you, tell them you want your order put in the back seat of your vehicle. That way you just might get what you paid for!

Must've been a bad day or something waited over an hr for a pickup order, still didn't have it. Called service line, told them to cancel it since I was driving home, too tired waiting. They send a notification that my order is finally ready right before they close. I'll try again today after work, hopefully it'll be ready when they say it will be.

First time member of Sam's Club, really enjoy using the app so I can skip the line by scanning & go. No more waiting in lines to check-out.

I love that this place always seems empty when I get inside! The lines move fast and the employees are helpful. I just did a pick up order and it was great! All the employees were so nice! I never have an issue with items being out of stock. There were a few things not available when I did the pick up order but it saved me an hour!

Wow, what an experience. Went in for what seemed like a simple thing, to open a membership on a Tuesday afternoon. Unluckily the person about 3 people ahead of us in line had some immense issue that took forever to solve. No issues with the person who had to deal with that or the fact that it happened, thats life. But the way that management handled it was atrocious. There was a line of us waiting at a standstill for more than 20 minutes before they finally sent over another employee. At that point, the sales manager started to just process returns. After a few of these to thin out the line, those of us at the front, who at this point had been waiting the longest and were seeing everyone go ahead of us, spoke up. Turns out the sales manager didn't know how to memberships? At least that's what he told us as an excuse. Either way, what should have been a fairly easy situation was made so much more frustrating by that experience. Ultimately we spent about 35 minutes in line, before the poor checkout girl who *could* process our membership got a chance to help us out, which took about 3 minutes. I looked around for a little while after that, but I definitely won't be returning to this particular Sam's. I'll drive to the slightly further one to see if service is a little better.

Esper in the tire center went way above and beyond to help me with new tires. We drove in from Albuquerque for a graduation and ended up getting 2 flat tires on the way. Both were irreparable, unfortunately. Esper made sure we were back on the road safely with 3 brand new tires. Thank you for helping us, I don't know what we would have done had we gone to another location!

Needed to return a mattress so i called the store ahead of time to make sure i had everything i needed because there were contradicting instructions online. i was told i only needed the tags cut off the mattress and my receipt. Went in to do the return and they tried to tell me I needed to shove the opened and used mattress back into the box that it came in (which is physically impossible) and bring it into the store to return it. I gave up and ended up calling 3 different Sam's Club locations while my partner and i were still in the store doing our shopping and they all confirmed that all i needed was the tags and receipt and they all firmly said to leave the mattress at home/ dispose of it myself and that it wouldn't be allowed in the store due to Covid guidelines. I didn't want to have to make the same employee's day harder so the next day i drove 30 minutes out of my way to a different location to do my return. Ended up having the same experience THREE TIMES. By the time i made my return it had been almost 3 months from the purchase date and the employee helping me was being weird about it. Of course it had been awhile, i've had to find time to come back THREE TIMES. They eventually processed the return after making me promise that i had called many many times to make sure that was all i needed. please for the love of god fix the communication issues between your employees and make sure everyone knows what they're doing. nonsense like this just adds stress to your employees, i don't blame them for being short with me if i was in their shoes id be frustrated too. do better

This location is always packed full, but you don't feel it once You get inside. The parking lot is large but it always looks very full. I like Sams club over Costco. This is a good location. The employees are always friendly.

Tried do do business here twice. The first time I was ready to purchase tires, they pulled my truck in then said they couldn't remove the lug nuts because of the chrome caps? I took it to a tire dealer who had no problem. Next I bought a battery for another vehicle After 10 months it will no longer hold a charge. I took it back but did not have the receipt. They said they could not look it up so I went home, looked it up myself on line and when i returned they said they did not have a replacement. And they don't know if they will get any and I should go check other locations.

Prices and selection are ok. The employees are UNBELIEVABLY rude. i'm your typical consumer. I shop and eat out a lot and i cannot believe these people still have jobs. Mocking me when I ask for help or telling me "get it yourself" or "yeah what do you want" is over the top bad. I still shop there but I just hope i don't have to interact with any of their employees.
