So now sams don't have any cashiers open they forcing you to do their job by self check out, and I ask if there was any cashier and they said only if I'm paying cash they will open one.

I arrived to Sam's Club not realizing that they were closing in 15 minutes until I saw the hours on the door. I had a big list and I badly needed everything so my stress went to a 10. I was running around in a panic and I couldn't even find the first item on my list. I asked a stock guy named Rick for that item, and he walked me to it, was super friendly, and went through my entire shopping list, walking me to every item that I didn't know the location of (at least 10 items); I would have never finished my list without him. I was able to scan and go, which I love. I ended up being there about 8 minutes after they closed. But yet they made no announcements, nobody rushed me, they didn't turn off half the lights, nothing that other stores (including their #1 competitor where they yell at people to get out) do. My stress went from a 10 to a 1 with such a pleasant shopping experience. The store is almost never crowded, I don't have to wait in lines to check out, there is plenty of parking, the employees are friendly. I wish every place... or ANY other place for that matter, was such a nice shopping experience. Way to go Sam's Club.

This is the only company guiding the flow of vehicles and it always has lines! Inefficient and to make matters worse the tanker drivers are rude and will sit in the way after pumping fuel while they do paperwork! All the Sam's have these problems! I find it's just easier to go elsewhere for time and stress relief!

Today's pizza was gross. It was gooey and way to much sauce. Very disappointed in the quality of food we got today
Very easy to get around and find things and even easier to check out. Clean and the average customer/employee are way nicer then other stores

The customer service here is never great; there are often "supervisors" standing and chatting by the registers while just one gal runs ragged helping everyone at self checkout by herself.
But the worst aspect of this store is the receipt check at the door. I bought 9 items today, and she rescanned 4 of them. Last week it was 3 of 6.
If you're going to make me scan my own stuff, but then rescan it all at the door after waiting in a second line, then you should just put those folks back to work at the registers. At this rate, they're going to just be rescanning everything soon anyway.

Do not buy eyeglasses at Sam’s Club in Lone Tree. Mine did not last a year! When I went back to inquire about why they were so messed up the Manager agreed they were messed up and gave me every excuse but offered no solution she was determined to be right rather than work toward a solution. I suppose that’s why there wasn’t a line there. Costco will gladly take my business.

The new Scan & Go app for in store is awesome, just scan while you shop and the slide the payment left - you're done. No more waiting in line and your out the door. Cuts about 10 minutes off my trip, it's an upgrade! Curb side pickup has changed from going into the store to drop it in your trunk. App works well at the fueling station, scan QRT on pump screen, fuel & Go!!!!! Scan and good for soda. Busy on Saturdays

Doug in fuel is the worst associate I’ve met in all my years as a Sams Member. Doug aggressively engaged me and shut down my fuel pump, and then turned off the entire system at multiple pumps. In all my years at Sam’s I’ve never met anyone like him. He denied to know his managers name when I probed further. After going in and talking to the Manager on Duty (Ean), we returned to the fuel center. Doug absolutely knew who Ean was and lied to me. After talking with Ean it was clear that Sam’s has processes in and Doug didn’t follow any of them. Ean admitted that processes weren’t followed and that he would address the issues with Doug. We will see if they spare future customers the hassle and provide proper training. Doug’s lack of caring about customers and following proper processes shouldn’t be tolerated. I’ll be sure to take all the business I can to Costco as a result of Doug’s action. It didn’t meet my execution’s and it shouldn’t meet yours.

Extremely disappointed in the change of how they sell chicken thighs. I have found chicken backs attached to the thighs and there are numerous thighs cut in half so there are bone chips in the meat. You cannot see the quality of what you're buying and what you're buying is now extremely inferior to what they used to sell.

Of all the Sam's clubs I've been to. This is my least favorite one after my experience today.
They wouldn't let me through the door without closing out my work account through my VPN to prove I had the app. I've never given a 1 star before. And then as soon as they saw I had the app they let me go. Never saw my card or anything on it just the app loading. So it didn't prove anything.
You cannot check out without a card... so what did their forcing me to restart my work do? Nothing. And they never even saw my card so they violated their own policy of needing it to enter.
Because i never showed it.
So bring your physical card and avoid the hassle

One thing I don't like is they are constantly moving their inventory around

Dropped in to renew my executive membership however, employee Howard was awfully rude and not the experience you expect when you pay for a shopping visit. Stay away, not with it!

A team member, Michelle was very rude and skipped me, who was next in line, to go to the next customer.

Good place to shop when needing large quantities. Easier access than nearby Costco.
