I love that this place always seems empty when I get inside! The lines move fast and the employees are helpful. I just did a pick up order and it was great! All the employees were so nice! I never have an issue with items being out of stock. There were a few things not available when I did the pick up order but it saved me an hour!

Wow, what an experience. Went in for what seemed like a simple thing, to open a membership on a Tuesday afternoon. Unluckily the person about 3 people ahead of us in line had some immense issue that took forever to solve. No issues with the person who had to deal with that or the fact that it happened, thats life. But the way that management handled it was atrocious. There was a line of us waiting at a standstill for more than 20 minutes before they finally sent over another employee. At that point, the sales manager started to just process returns. After a few of these to thin out the line, those of us at the front, who at this point had been waiting the longest and were seeing everyone go ahead of us, spoke up. Turns out the sales manager didn't know how to memberships? At least that's what he told us as an excuse. Either way, what should have been a fairly easy situation was made so much more frustrating by that experience. Ultimately we spent about 35 minutes in line, before the poor checkout girl who *could* process our membership got a chance to help us out, which took about 3 minutes. I looked around for a little while after that, but I definitely won't be returning to this particular Sam's. I'll drive to the slightly further one to see if service is a little better.

This Sam's Club has extremely poor inventory control. They often run out of items that they normally carry and don't restock for several days. This makes it extremely difficult to plan routine visits to stock up on items without having to return later to pick up the items that they were out of. Also, they routinely discontinue items that we have purchased there for years with no explanation. The last straw occurred yesterday when I tried to get a price match on a coffee pot that I had purchased there last month and was now on sale. They refused to match the price because I was one day beyond their 30 day cutoff for price matching (which I didn't know existed). The manager refused to match the price saying he was not allowed to violate their corporate policy. My wife has been trying to get me to switch to Costco for years but I have resisted because the location is slightly less convenient to us. Guess it is time to finally make that move!

Every Visit you get hassled to upgrade your member-ship or buy a new cell phone plan. I even admit I have yelled at associates. If I say 'No' I mean 'NO', back to Costco Being so pushy everyone is smart enough to know that anything they offer is not worth it or they would not try every visit

Just left the Sams Club Fuel center, where I get fuel for all of my vehicles. The staff is always wonderful at the fuel center, today at 3:37pm on July 23rd I was at the pump next to a guy who was having a hard time getting his card to work. He walked up to the attendant and asked for help, the sweet old man came over to help and the guy was a complete A$$ to the old man. Even went as far to say “back away, your ruining the Member Experience” and the attendant didn’t quite understand as he was just doing what the customer asked. The customer then told him again to leave as he didn’t want to type in his PIN or Zip Code while he was watching claiming it’s “personal information” and implying the old man was going to steal it.That attendant was more of a man than I, as he kept a smile on his face and didn’t let it bother him or if it did he didn’t show it. So sad how people treat others, it’s so common here in the Entitled HR area thus why I’m moving away. But none the less, had to give a shout-out to that attendant who has helped me before and is always so nice. And it wasn’t even a young customer, it was some entitled 40 something man. What is coming of this society…. SMH…

Nice layout. Never have to stand in lines, thanks to Scan and Go feature on the app.Very convenient for ordering online and pickup at store/parking lot. Ample parking.

Great perks for being a plus member.. Pick up as early as 7am, in store shopping from 8am, free shipping and geat deals all the time.. Could not ask for more..

Typical Sam's club. The employees were nice, and I found everything I needed. The food court is open, but there's no seating. Masks, and your Sam's membership card are required before entering.

Recent significant upgrades are awesome and makes for a great shopping experience! Better layout fresh sushi, better selection... All good. And love the app for checking out without having to go to the registers.

Needed to return a mattress so i called the store ahead of time to make sure i had everything i needed because there were contradicting instructions online. i was told i only needed the tags cut off the mattress and my receipt. Went in to do the return and they tried to tell me I needed to shove the opened and used mattress back into the box that it came in (which is physically impossible) and bring it into the store to return it. I gave up and ended up calling 3 different Sam's Club locations while my partner and i were still in the store doing our shopping and they all confirmed that all i needed was the tags and receipt and they all firmly said to leave the mattress at home/ dispose of it myself and that it wouldn't be allowed in the store due to Covid guidelines. I didn't want to have to make the same employee's day harder so the next day i drove 30 minutes out of my way to a different location to do my return. Ended up having the same experience THREE TIMES. By the time i made my return it had been almost 3 months from the purchase date and the employee helping me was being weird about it. Of course it had been awhile, i've had to find time to come back THREE TIMES. They eventually processed the return after making me promise that i had called many many times to make sure that was all i needed. please for the love of god fix the communication issues between your employees and make sure everyone knows what they're doing. nonsense like this just adds stress to your employees, i don't blame them for being short with me if i was in their shoes id be frustrated too. do better

Kristin and Holly helped me get the outdoor furniture set that I couldn't get at another store. They were so helpful and friendly. They even helped me load it quickly in the truck with it snowing. Well done!
