Great service and friendly customer support. They are thorough, short staffed at times doing the best they can. They are using technology to support and be effective to handle the challenges of navigating Dr orders, medication supply and insurance company restrictions. They have always looked out for my best interest and found the best price. I’ve been a customer for 9 months and will continue to. Thank you for all you do

I’ve had to transfer all of our prescriptions. They never fill prescriptions. Even when the doctor confirms they sent it data prior the recording still says waiting on doctor’s authorization. I’ve called 12 times just to get my kiddos seizure meds and left voicemails over the past three months and no one ever calls back. Use this pharmacy if you love being frustrated. Otherwise go elsewhere

Never answers the phone, lucky to get a prescription filled if you ever do. It will probably be wrong, this place couldn't hit water if it fell out of a boat!

Very under staffed. On average 5,7 people waiting in line with maybe 1 person working the counter, 30 - 40 min wait just standing.

OK, so anyone who tries to talk bad about this pharmacy it’s just one of those people who likes to be angry and mean for no reason. Every single time I go in here every single one of the staff members is so helpful and so kind I switched over from Walgreens to Safeway pharmacy about a year ago and never have. I had an issue with them when I’ve had countless with other pharmacies we need to be a lot nicer to the people who work jobs like this and appreciate what they do, and taking care of us. They’re really the best.

OK, so anyone who has ever had to deal with any sort of medication or pharmacy understands that sometimes it can be a hassle, but not here. I've had so many issues with other pharmacies and never have I had an issue coming here. Every single one of the staff members is so kind and so helpful. It's just an easy process with great communication and I think We really need to be mindful about how we treat people at jobs like this because at the end of the day they are the ones taking care of us are.

Last review I gave was, to put it lightly, brutally honest. But since then, they've definitely stepped up their game. This is why I serve my reviews without a filter. My prescriptions are ready on time, a tech actually took it upon herself to make sure my account info was current & the app is finally working as it should. This goes to show that constructive criticism can be an asset to a business if they take it seriously. We all can grow and learn from our mistakes. This pharmacy has definitely given us better experiences since my first couple of bumpy ones.

Patient care is poor, unprofessional and concerning at this location. They're clearly understaffed and overworked, but it doesn't excuse their behavior towards patients. Staff repeatedly do not answer the phone, are unpleasant, and lack initiative. I personally experienced staff getting upset and snarky with patients and me for picking up our prescriptions 20-15 min prior to closing time. They failed to refill a prescription claiming that they didn't have my health insurance on record despite me going to this pharmacy for the past 2 years, but didn't take any initiative to communicate that. When I followed-up with them about my refill a week later, they ended up having my insurance all along and completed it then. I would rather drive the extra few miles to the previous Safeway Pharmacy location that I was using for many years than return here.

The team here always goes above and beyond for whatever I need. When I had a complicated prescription coupon they took the time to figure it out, and they always make sure I get the best deal. Consistently great service

I arrived for my 2:00pm appointment for Covid booster and flu vaccinations. Staff takes lunch break from 1:30-2:00 and I was about 4th in line. As they processed the prescription pickups, the Manager was also meeting and processing. She was businesslike but also friendly and turned me over to another staff member who verified my insurance, Medicare, and prior vaccinations for Covid. She then turned me over to a nurse that met me in a private area and administered the vaccines. I was out by 2:20 and could not be happier with my interaction with the team of VERY BUSY, but HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL and FUN and FRIENDLY. As I left, I took a moment, waved and caught the Manager's eye as I pointed to each of the 2 staff / nurse, then pointed to Manager and gave her 2 thumbs up to which she flashed a happy smile.

I only wish I had looked at reviews before I decided to move my prescriptions over to this Safeway in Lone Tree. My prescription was called in by my doctor on 12/13 and I never heard a word. For the last 3 days I have called over a dozen times both directly to store and was transferred and direct to pharmacy. No one answered any of those dozen calls. In addition I left 2 messages. Today I took time off and drove to the store. Yes my prescription was ready and all anyone could say is sorry we're busy. No text notification that prescription was ready. Great news is customers like me have choices. We shop there maybe 4 - 5 times a month and those business $$ plus prescriptions will be spent at another store. If you are looking for Customer Service I would strongly suggest you look elsewhere

They don't answer the phone. Even when no customers are in line. They fill the wrong prescription on auto fill and are generally incompetent. Extremely frustrating. Automated system gives you a ready date 2 days after you refill and then it's still not ready. Their attitude in person isn't good either.

I recently had my prescription filled here instead of Walgreens (because Walgreens is unbearable) and I'm really happy with them. I picked my medication up the morning after it was called in, and I only waited 20 min because one med wasn't quite ready. They were very friendly and I appreciated not having to wait forever when in a lot of pain. Since this is inside Safeway, my regular grocery store, I have seen some long lines, so do try coming when they open like I did .

I've only been to this location twice but they have extremely terrible service . I understand everyone is understaffed my job is too , but the way you get treated is unacceptable. As I stood in line for 40 minutes I saw patient after patient get frustrated because the staff was incredibly rude . The pharmacist is very rude and literally was cold to each patient she talked to . I also stood in line for 40 minutes to be told they don't take my insurance , I have never had an issue with uhc at any other location in the past .

Literally the worst pharmacy. So slow, don’t take people in order of the lines, snarky answers, take no initiative. Walgreens is down the street with a drive through.
