I have been looking for a new pair of running shoes and did a lot of research online. I found a pair of Brooks online I liked. I work across the street from this Runners Roost and had never been in so I thought I would see if they had them. I walk over to the small selection of women's shoes and the guy comes out and asks what I was looking for. I told him I was looking for this pair of Brooks I saw online and give him the name of the line. He asks what size I am so I tell him. He points to the clearance that apparently this line is now part of because they are last years model and that it was all he had. I totally get that and just go to show him the photo of the ones I like hoping maybe he can direct me to another line or brand of shoe that looks similar to the ones I found. I said "I like these ones I found online" he literally shrugs his shoulders like so what the H#LL do you want me to do about that and says I don't have those. I sense his irritation with me showing him my photo and said great I will just look around. He walks away, not a single other person in the store but his co-worker. I go to walk out because why would I give my money to a store that doesn't even want to try to help me or give suggestions of other shoes. As I am walking out I say "Thanks". NOT A WORD from him. Not a thanks for coming in, have a great day nothing. It doesn't take a lot to try to provide decent service, sad.

Stellar customer service and exceptional knowledge on products. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the door. I really can't say enough good things about my personal experience and about this specific store, except for you need to go and spend your money here.

The staff was so helpful and very patient with me. I needed to try not only different styles but even different sizes. No problem! They gave me quality time and help me choose the shoes that are a great fit!!

Always the most knowledgeable folks working, I love that they have the treadmill there to test out new shoes, and they genuinely want to put you in the right gear for your needs rather than try to upsell you on the most expensive thing

I was in a few days ago and Chris was awesome! I have really high arches and Chris figured out I needed and 9 1/2 wide, which I never realized and I know it will make a huge difference. He also took the time to watch how I walked to see if I pronate. The whole staff has great training and they really understand how to help people with foot issues. Their prices seem middle of the road which is fair and I will shop with them instead of going to a discount place, and probably buying the wrong pair of shoes for myself, which I have done many times in the past. Went today to get new running shoes and had an amazing experience. Matthew was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He brought the shoes I wanted to try out quickly and answered all my questions. I tried on several pairs and picked two to try on the treadmill. I was in and out in half an hour. Very happy customer!

Easily the best shoe shopping experience I've had. Lisa was very pleasant and knowledgeable about all of the various types of shoes.As someone newly getting into longer distance running I highly recommend chatting with the staff here to make sure you're taking into account the different variables of your stride & running habits to keep your feet happy!

When I stopped at the store in Lone Tree, it was incredibly busy! Upon walking in the door, each and every employee greeted me with a warm hello/smile! Chris (Manager) assisted me and asked great questions (comfort, price, stack height and drop) to ensure I ran out of there with the best shoe. I can’t speak highly enough of the Runners Roost team and the Brooks Ghost ‘14!

I love Runners Rooster. I've been to four of their locations in the Denver area, including this one a few days ago. The staff was super friendly, helping me find a new pair of running shoes. Their building is pretty large, so they have a ton of space for their impressive inventory of shoes, gear, and gels, etc. 5/5 recommend!

Showed up and there were two guys working. One was busy helping a mom and her boys, the other one greeted me and said he would be with me after he was done helping someone check out. 10 minutes later, still waiting, as he was too busy chatting it up. After he was done, someone else walked in and he walked straight to them despite the fact that I had a couple shoes in my hand waiting to be tried on. We made eye contact, too. You’re better off going elsewhere.

Is there a reason I cannot simply walk in and buy five nutrition products? Instead I'm asked If I'm a member which I say I don't think I am. Then I'm asked for my last name. Then after about 30 more seconds he says we have a lot of those and asks for my first name. Then after another 30 seconds I say please don't worry about it. He brings up the products and then says oh we actually need all of your information. ... How ridiculous is it that I cannot just come in and purchase products without being asked for all of my email and phone number and a bunch of other information?

Great atmosphere with the staff and extremely knowledgeable on shoe fitting. They got me setup with the best running shoes I’ve ever worn. I’ll be back!
