Tell your cashiers to STOP SCANNING THEIR OWN REWARD CARDS!!! Completely and totally unacceptable and she stole my husbands Kick back points by scanning her own card, and lied to his face about it. NOT OK.

I've definitely got complaints about this location but I've been frequenting this spot multiple times a day for well over a year for beer and Zyn and every single employee has been nothing but wonderful. Ignore what the others have to say about their staff. Holly specifically has always been great along with everyone elseThe main complaints are distributors of alcohol and tobacco not supplying enough, and staffing issues where you go to the store that's supposed to be open and it's closed. The store manager Tiffany is so sweet! Her employees are top notch, always welcoming and smiling everytime I come in. Even on cold grey days they’re out and smiling and making all of their guests feel welcome!

If I could give negative stars I would. Joe and Alex are the rudest I've ever met. I go in to buy cigarettes and a lighter. Joe asks for my ID. I show him, thinking the interaction with him over I take an important phone call. Joe says in rudest tone of voice "hello I'm right here." Then procedes to ask for my ID again. I was like dude I already showed you it, but showed him again anyway. Then Joe continues to talk in a rude manner, so I was like you are quite literally the rudest person I've delt with. I don't want these anymore. Joe was like I'm rude you're the one on the phone and was like good i don't want to sell to you anyway I proceeded to leave as I'm leaving, he goes cops are on the way. I'm just like I'm so scared, knowing that I didn't commit any crime. Then reenter to ask for names. As I asked for names Alex was like just leave. I shop at this place frequently and happen to know almost everyone who works there. I also happen to know the owner and best believe I'll be talking to the owner about this tomorrow. Joe shouldn't be working anymore any ways for he clearly has dementia for he forgot that he already asked for my ID. This rude behavior is unacceptable and will make sure this is made right.

Gas pumps Tap Pay hasn’t worked for several months. Get error “Tap failed” every time. Told the attendants a couple times and they just give me a deer in headlights look.Please fix your Tap Pay!! Brighton and Platteville don’t have this problem with their Tap Pay pumps.

Have attempted to go to store the past two nights after 10 pm and doors are locked. Please change hours on google if you are no longer open 24 hours.
