I came to this store on Monday august 7th only to find that it was closed with a note on the door giving temporary hours. It said they'd be open Tuesday the 8th at 10am. I need new boots really badly as my current pair is really starting to hurt my feet. So I show up at the store again at 10am Tuesday (making me a few hours late for work) and the door is locked. Waited a half hour and still nobody is here to open the store. So I called their corporate line and the lady (who was really nice and genuinely tried to figure out why the store was closed) told me that she couldn't get ahold of the regional manager and her best guess was that the store would be closed today too. Unable to make it back to this store or any other location until next week, I am now going to have to tough out the next week in boots that are now causing me a great deal of pain. If they don't have any employees at this store then the regional manager should be here to open the store. That's typically part of a regional managers job.

I came in with my 18-year-old college student to buy him a pair of work boots. He spends a lot of time doing carpentry and painting in the theater department and was looking for a durable, good looking, long lasting pair of boots now that his feet have stopped growing. We have some experience with the Red Wing brand, because his dad has bought boots at the same store. We knew we would have a good experience, with several options in our price range and that the boots would last a really long time. The sales associate was efficient and friendly as well as knowledgeable, and he helped my son to choose a good fitting, high-quality, long lasting pair of boots that also look grea, for both work and casual wear.

It was great, excellent tech support and selection of boots, the gentleman that assisted me wasSpot on with my needs and wants from the product selection and the walk test and suggestions were spot on. Will continue with more purchases from the brand soon for sure. Highly recommend it

Ordered boots that weren’t in stock at this store. I could have just ordered online but I try to support local businesses. After 2 and a half weeks and the boots not shipped yet I called the store. They told me to call corporate. I called corporate and they informed me the boots would not ship for another 5-6 weeks because they were back ordered. That would have been good info when purchasing or at a minimum they could have picked up the phone and called themselves. Got my money back and canceled the order. I will now be buying a pair of Thorogood work boots.

Upon walking through the door, Jaelene explained how the various brands of boots worked, where they were at on the wall and then walked over with me and was telling me all about the different models. She spent a good while with me and must have brought out 4 or 5 pairs for me to try on. I didn't feel rushed or pressured, and felt like I was in good knowledgable hands with Jaelene.She definitely knows a lot about the product and was very helpful in me making the choice to buy a pair of Red Wing boots.I'm still working on breaking the boots in and making sure they are the right boot for me, but I wanted to do this review so I could thank Jaelene once more for all the information she provided and the positive experience I had at Red Wing thanks to her and the other staff at the store.
