Consistently great. My friends and I come here almost monthly. If I wasn't trying to cut out unhealthy food I'd probably come here more often. The staff is also always super charismatic it's always like seeing a different character every time I come In. They all have great personalities and are very attentive.

Really good burgers. Menu has a lot of variety and different bottomless sides. We were sat right away, the restaurant had a dinner vibe but it wasn't very clean, floor was dirty and the high chair was really gross, they did not bother cleaning it before bringing it to us. Server was nice but after she brought our food she just disappeared. We had to wait for refills and had bottomless sides and we were not asked if we wanted more, my husband had to wave her over to get another side after waiting a while. Hope we have better service next time.Vegetarian options: They have a veggie burger and have an option to lettuce wrap as well.Dietary restrictions: They have a dietary restriction menu.

Tonight I decided to drive 22 minutes away to a RR w higher ratings SPECIFICALLY because of the local RR that I have on Havana had horrible quality, food and service.Do we have a contender?I'll include photos of what I received. At the Park Meadows! 4/3 not a busy night! Wednesday...When you order food to go, do you expect that the person that's giving it to you would take a moment to look it over with you? Unfortunately the ?manager? was just too busy for that...I got a couple sandwiches, it's a sandwich because it definitely wasn't gourmet and a laughing amount of "bottomless" sweet potato fries.(Bottomless ??) Yes there's a separate container to go per the request that has some in them but THIS was my presentation of food. 'crispy' NOPE soggy!I'll let you make the judgment if what you see( tell me if you think that that's sufficient that if it was delivered to your table in this manner ) that you would actually accept this and not complain?If you're in a hurry and unwilling to have a brief discussion with your customer before they leave you didn't deserve the business.I'm convinced RR has failed entirely and needs to change their names. McDonald's tries harder than you guys these days. I'll be sure to let corporate know as well!Your presentation immortalized

We visited this past Sunday afternoon and it was an all around bad experience. Upon walking in the hostess, who looked exhausted and unkept, took about 3-5 minutes to come to the front and acted like she hated her job and we were putting her out by asking for a table. And then it only went downhill. The restaurant was dirty. I had to ask to have our table wiped down, the booth seats had old food and crayons in them and everything was sticky. The bathrooms smelled terrible and had not been cleaned. This place truly needs to be shut down for 24 hours and deep cleaned. Our food took over 40 minutes to arrive and there were items either missing or just not what we ordered. All around just a bad experience and we will not return to this location.

Bathroom nasty, no tissue, no paper towels. 2 Mgr on staff food was bad. The only thing good was the waiter he was awesome

Amazing food, always clean, Mediocre service every time I've been to this location, always kids/teenagers screaming and running around that no servers tell to quiet down, actually packed up my food and left one time from a table of kids screaming behind me. Sometimes forgotten sauces, drinks, etc. otherwise always great.

1st off took someone like 15 min to help us after we were seated in an almost empty restaurant but on the flip side she was super sweet and kind to us but tons of staff was just walking around or talking with each other and the place was dirty and dust floating around, broccoli came out ice cold, and burger came out rare instead of medium. Also my friend ordered a drink and they didnt have some of the ingredients so they made him something random. Not happy and will not be back again.

We eat at Red Robin often and always enjoy it. This is the first time we've been to this location though and we won't be back.When we got there. I let the host know we had a table of 5. He said, "hold on, let me check if we have a table." And we waited ten minutes to be sat, even though we could clearly see there were only a few tables in the restaurant. He was on his phone while we waited and then finally looked up, remembered we were there and sat us.Once we sat down, our waitress took our drink and food orders. She brought us our drinks promptly but then we waited almost an hour for our food. When we got our food, it was cold, every plate. I had ordered fries with mine and they gave me coleslaw instead. The only thing warm on my plate was the coleslaw ? so I'm certain it sat in the window for a while. I let our waitress know I ordered fries, not coleslaw and she said she would bring me a basket. She kept walking by us, not checking on us, and brought the two other tables she was waiting on fries, but clearly forgot about mine. Finally, I was able to flag her down and asked about my fries. She had a deer in the headlights look and quickly ran to get me some. By the time I finally got my fries, everyone at the table was done with their food. Our drinks had been empty for quite a while at that point and she never did ask if we wanted a refill. We asked for refills when I finally got my fries and she said she would bring them, but she didn't until after I ate my fries and got my purse out to pay. We asked for to go cups that we never received.This was honestly the worst food and service I've ever experienced at a Red Robin. We were nice, pleasant and didn't complain while we were there. We paid $70 for cold food and bad service. I still tipped her though because that's how waitresses make their money. We were so disappointed and I hope our next experience at a Red Robin is decent.

Slow service, food has gone down hill and dirty! They sat us at a table that had dried sticky stuff on it, and the men's room was in horrible shape. Won't be back.
