Ordered crystal from mall kiosk. Went to pick up. They disappeared. No response once business contacted. They did not respond to bank either so payment had to be declined.

I would highly not recommend to use this business by all means, They are not professionals , all stores check to see if the certain item that you want is in stock, they don't . They don't give you a confirmation number after you place your order and also in order to pick it up when its in. Last but least, You won't get your order ! I waited for an order since September and never did get it and I needed by the holidays. I had to cancel the order. I am angry . Please save your money go else where.
