My wife and I recently worked with Ryan McCormick to purchase a new house and we could not have asked for a better experience. There is a lot of stress that comes with being first time home buyers and Ryan made sure we felt comfortable and understood the process through every step. We just completed a cash out refinance with Tony at Premier Family Mortgage and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. My situation was unique in a few ways and Tony was able to accomplish what needed to be done with no issues. He was prompt in communications and good at explaining things as they went. Easy, trustworthy and effective would be the best way to describe Premier Family Mortgage. We intend on using them again when we sell our house and upgrade next spring!

I have worked with Brad Sanders for years. He has become my go-to person for anything “mortgage”. He helped me with the purchase of my home with an impressively low rate, and also with my refinance years later. His calm and efficient manner revealed his vast knowledge of the mortgage industry. He was kind and always available. Always on top of it, while pleasantly and respectfully keeping me posted at every stage. I had no unanswered questions – and there were definitely many! He knew the business like the back of his hand. He was surprisingly quick, thorough & had an easy respectfulness toward the many adjustments and variations I threw at him. He was ethically flexible, forthcoming & honest about all possible options within the company, as well as what might have been offered elsewhere. There was no pressure, but once I made my decision, he lasered in to get it done. It might be easy to find a mortgage broker, but finding someone that instills confidence in the process with patience, efficiency and a pleasant display of knowledge & respect is not so easy. Brad is a strong & experienced professional that I have highly (and comfortably) recommended to my friends & family.
