employees are not only rude but also extremely unhelpful! I had a merchandise card they refused to apply in store even though there was a barcode that stated for “in store purchases” .. both women wouldn’t even TRY to help. very dissatisfied

As many have said, the employees here act as if they are doing you a favor. Lisa the manager is rude and I can see why other employees feel they have the right to treat customers this way. The youngest woman who works there is afraid to even answer question. And don’t let me start on the older woman who puts things in your car for pick up. I’m convinced she doesn’t like her job or people. I will be back to supporting local furniture stores with American made products.

Employees are extremely snobby and seem to think people dressed casually with kids should be treated like a bother.Pottery Barn has been dropping in popularity and I had heard in quality as well. We have a few Pottery Barn items such as dishes and silver wear that isn’t anything special but still stopped in with my family this evening because we are furnishing a house that has more square footage than our current one. My daughter spotted something pretty so we stopped in to just see what they had.. we were told within seconds of entering the store that they closed in 6 minutes by someone who really has no business around other humans. Being unkind is the most disgusting trait a person can have. At least she helped us decide that PB is a place we can continue to avoid. Keep biting the hands that feed you and your sales will keep plummeting.

Not helpful at all. It was like pulling teeth to get the sales associate, Ashley to help. Not sure if it’s because they’re short staffed or genuine lack of customer care.

Had the rudest woman working the pick up area/loading dock. Couldn’t believe the way I was treated when I went to the store. Was berated by her about the pick up situation. Your email doesn’t say any info about how I should go about picking items up so how am I supposed to know? Will not be shopping here again and honestly understand how Amazon and other companies are way more popular.

3 months in and we still don't have our furniture delivered. Nobody seems to know where it is. I have had to call dozens of times and no luck. What an awful experience.

Like some others have said, bad customer service. I waited behind the counter to purchase a gift card. A sales rep was doing something at the register, so I waited patiently for her to notice I was waiting there. Finally, she looked up at me and said, “Yes?” Oh my goodness, not even a hello, but a “yes” that could have been a “what do you want?” Rude.

I ordered online, and long story short wanted to do a return. I called a customer service representative who told me I could do my return at a store. I called this location to question where I could take the two very small nightstands, and was rudely interrupted before I could finish my sentence and told no, I cannot do that. I called the Littleton location who told me they would be happy to help me. Needless to say, though Littleton is a little further, I will be making the drive there for better customer service.

No actual customer service or knowledge of orders even when given tracking and confirmation. Has taken over a month to be refunded $800 for an order of cabinet handles that WERE NEVER delivered nor cancelled but were "returned" by some shipper. Countless hours spent on phone calls and tracking and still awaiting a REFUND for something that was never communicated cancellation nor received.

Loyal customer no more!** I bought a clock online, returned it to the store within the 30 day return policy. I go in and they say that can’t give me a refund back to my credit card and can only give me a gift card. I did not purchase this item with a gift card I purchased it with my credit card. They said that their system will not allow them to override it. They told me I need to call and I ended up waiting in the store for them to call. This was 20 min of waiting for a supervisor and I left empty handed. No refund, no gift card. I was given a claim number and told a supervisor would call me and that never happened. It’s not the customers problem if your system won’t refund. Not only that I was treated as if I was the inconvenience. I will not be buying from here any longer. You just made a loyal customer cut ties with you because there is a complete lack of customer service. Also it’s not the customers problem that your system is locking staff out from being able to give refunds.

Awful customer service! I have been a loyal customer since 2015. When we moved to Colorado Springs, I was excited to find out that there was a PB near our home. The store was lovely but definitely not the Scottsdale vibe I’m used to. They need to work on their customer service. It seems like they hate their job. None of them are very helpful. I have to hunt for people for help and they acted like they were busy. There were only 3 or 4 of us at the store. The sales associate spent a lot of time with this lady asking about table napkins. I just stood there waiting. She never even look at me. I love PB but will never shop at this location again.

I don't know what has happened to Pottery Barn, but they have seriously tanked. We ordered a chair and a sofa and both items were canceled without our knowledge. I waited half the day waiting for my furniture to arrive only to call and find out they canceled my order. They claim they have refunded the money but my credit card statements show there has not been any refunds. I have called several days now and every time I am told a supervisor will call me back, but I have yet to hear from a supervisor. I am put on hold while they try to figure out where their supervisor is, but for some reason a supervisor is never available and will call me back. no one can give me answers as to why my furntiure was canceled without my knowledge and why I still have not been refunded my money. We have purchased from them several years ago and have never had so many problems. We will not be purchasing from Pottery Barn again
