This is for the Lone tree Park Meadows mall store. Sad to write a review. If the manager of the store had been nice and kind, I would not have to take the time to come here. I have been to Pottery Barn in Lone tree CO a few times, and the few times I was at their store Julie was no help. Actually, was more like she was doing me a favor. I asked for her help this morning and she flat out said she could not help me. Well, I thought about calling the manager later on hoping that would be different. I spoke to Lisa the manager. First, she didnt even say sorry she didnt even apologize. I guess they dont care about customer experience ratings. Second, she was talking to me like if she was irritated about something. That was my last time at that store. I would rather drive to Aspen Grove where they care about the customers. You should be in a different business NOT customer service.

employees are not only rude but also extremely unhelpful! I had a merchandise card they refused to apply in store even though there was a barcode that stated for “in store purchases” .. both women wouldn’t even TRY to help. very dissatisfied

As many have said, the employees here act as if they are doing you a favor. Lisa the manager is rude and I can see why other employees feel they have the right to treat customers this way. The youngest woman who works there is afraid to even answer question. And don’t let me start on the older woman who puts things in your car for pick up. I’m convinced she doesn’t like her job or people. I will be back to supporting local furniture stores with American made products.

Employees are extremely snobby and seem to think people dressed casually with kids should be treated like a bother.Pottery Barn has been dropping in popularity and I had heard in quality as well. We have a few Pottery Barn items such as dishes and silver wear that isn’t anything special but still stopped in with my family this evening because we are furnishing a house that has more square footage than our current one. My daughter spotted something pretty so we stopped in to just see what they had.. we were told within seconds of entering the store that they closed in 6 minutes by someone who really has no business around other humans. Being unkind is the most disgusting trait a person can have. At least she helped us decide that PB is a place we can continue to avoid. Keep biting the hands that feed you and your sales will keep plummeting.

Not helpful at all. It was like pulling teeth to get the sales associate, Ashley to help. Not sure if it’s because they’re short staffed or genuine lack of customer care.

Had the rudest woman working the pick up area/loading dock. Couldn’t believe the way I was treated when I went to the store. Was berated by her about the pick up situation. Your email doesn’t say any info about how I should go about picking items up so how am I supposed to know? Will not be shopping here again and honestly understand how Amazon and other companies are way more popular.

3 months in and we still don't have our furniture delivered. Nobody seems to know where it is. I have had to call dozens of times and no luck. What an awful experience.

DON'T BUY FROM POTTERY BARN!
PB has been sitting on an interest free loan ($6,119.84 of MY hard earned money) since 8/22. I have spent HOURS on the phone with PB with no resolution to the below issues, leaving me no choice. I WILL NOT BE SILENT UNTIL PB FIXES THESE ISSUES:
-$1,212.31 charged 4/30/22 for the Vintage Chestnut Pittsburgh 48" Standing Desk
-Half the desk has been sitting in pieces in my husband's office since 11/3/22 & the other half is sitting at my city's delivery hub ready for delivery
-Original delivery date canceled to show zero estimated delivery date for an item ordered 4/22.
-$1,551.73 charged 7/20/22 for the Champlain Upholstered Wingback Armchair
-PB has no idea where the item is located
-Original delivery date canceled to show zero estimated delivery date for an item ordered 5/22.
-$3,355.80 charged 8/11/22 for the Dutch White 102.5" L x 84" H Aubrey Wall Bookcase
-Return was created since PB's white glove company on multiple occasions was unable to assemble the item
-Merchandise was picked up for the return by PB's White Glove company on 11/10/22
-No money has been refunded, preventing me from purchasing a replacment bookcase for the one PB could not provide me.
-Item ordered back in 5/22.
