Jeff was super kind and helpful. I was nervous about trying the products out in the show room for the whole mall to see, but you get to go test them in your own private room. They took the time to be thorough and answer questions but all in all it was a super simple and easy process. My tread should come in just a little over a week ?♀️

Bikes break in half with moderate use. If you weigh more than 120 pounds, be careful when the frame welds snap. Better wear a helmet for the fall. Peloton won't do anything other than offering the purchase of a new frame at $975.

The staff here are fantastic and extremely helpful! They helped me as soon as I stepped into the showroom and answered all my questions from the start to when I purchased my bike. I will return for any other Peloton products I buy in the future. Fantastic experience!

Very helpful staff and salesman. Make sure to make an appointment to try specific Peloton equipment. I tried the rowing machine because I already have the bike and love it. I ended up purchasing the treadmill instead of the rower after I left. Peloton is great for winter exercise, and you simply can not beat the amount of classes and instructors.

absolutely horrid customer service support . Never shows up to delivery date. Never reaches out to tell me its been canceled and then pushes it out 2 weeks. I will be canceling. Company has gone downhill.

I give the sales lady Katelyne 4 stars, I give peloton customer support 0 stars. We ordered a tread. Got super lucky they would deliver it a week and a half later, score. The day of delivery, we are waiting and waiting. Nothing. We finally call support and wouldnt you know it, they canceled the delivery due to snow, you know 2 wheeled drive vehicles in colorado are very efficient. After talking to customer support, they finally send us an email saying the delivery was canceled. They then schedule our delivery for 2 weeks out. Guess what, it snowed there night before so we get told the delivery is canceled again. We wake up the next day and the roads are wet, not icy. We decide to cancel the order and we are still getting emails from customer support telling us our delivery is March 1. We were told, before we cancelled, that we would get a call from customer support to set up delivery. We would have never chosen March 1 as we wont be in town. Customer support sucks, Katelyne is good. First world problems, I know.

We went in to try out the Peloton Bike earlier this month because my work is providing discounts for the equipment and membership. When there the staff was helpful and nice, and reassured us that if we purchased the bike today they would be able to apply any discounts my company would get retroactively. But after we took delivery the story changed and now I have to return the bike we have and purchase a new one, and they actually are going to replace the bikes. It is going to be a hassle but not the end of the world. The biggest disappointment is that I felt that they lied to us at the showroom and then provided no help or support after.We love the bike and classes and recommend Peloton, I would just avoid buying from the showroom and purchase what you need online.

Made an appointment to test out the treadmill. The associate was knowledgeable and helpful. We were able to test the equipment in a private room.
