Courtney (who was covering at flatirons mall) was such a great help today. I brought in a shirt to return that had a messed up receipt that wouldn’t work, instead of getting frustrated with us she had the patience to do whatever she could to return that item and was also very sweet. Thank you Courtney for going above and beyond!

Courtney, the Store Manager, is top notch! She helped me with a lost gift card and I appreciate her taking her time in the middle of a busy holiday season to help resolve the issue! We’ll be back for sure!

Came to return clothes on Black Friday when it was purchased on the same day. I was told I cannot return because it's "Black Friday", but it does not say that anywhere on the return policy or the back of the recipe or they couldn't even provide me with any formal writing stating that. I worked in Pacsun in the past as an ASM and never heard of that prior to this Black Friday. The store I already purchased was at cherry Creek and I called and told them they over charged me and they said I can return that day at ANY Pacsun. Also, no fitting rooms available? That's absurd, I was able to have the fitting rooms open when I had my store in Chicago. Im not going to mention the managers name but he said he was there for 5 years and while he was understanding and calm he said I can I only return if the person who told me I can return it to any store would text back and verify that's what he told me, THEN I can return which makes no sense... Why can I only return if he responds? If you're willing to return it then it shouldn't matter if that person didn't respond. I give management 1 star for customer service and 0 star for problem solving.

We purchased clothes a couple months ago, because my son like their style. Within the last month, I've had two pairs of pants whose butterfly buttons have fallen out. I've taken it back to the store to ask for an exchange, and have been told that's not something they do. The manager admitted that their genes are not very good and that a lot of people had a similar issue, and that they would go out of business if they kept guaranteeing their products. Highly suggest shopping anywhere else but here.

Not being able to go into a fitting room with my 12 year old daughter is 100% unacceptable. Will not shop anywhere that will not allow me to be in there. She should not be forced to come out where others can see her when trying on clothes if she isn’t comfortable. Gross.Thankfully there are several stores across the way that don’t have this “policy.” Did not buy what my daughter wanted but did show her to stand up for what is right. And she found better stuff at Tilly’s anyway.

So I had driven out of my way to come here and wanted to come here for PacSun, well we went around the whole mall and looking in the directory’s. ( mind you I had looked on the directory on my phone like 5 times) it said PacSun was there, well nope it wasn’t. They need to update their website.

When I went in, I needed one item. While selecting a size the closing manager (I’m assuming) told me to stand back so she could take a picture. That is all good and fine if she wasn’t so rude about it, or she could’ve done the correct customer service strategy and waited two seconds for me to finish.Next, I see four or five employees on their phone while I’m waiting at the register. Making eye contact and very clearly I was ready to check out.Then the same manager came to help me, barely talked to me, because she was yelling at her coworker to cut the music. This was 15 minutes before they were scheduled to close.I work retail at the same mall and I’ve never been so unimpressed by how I was treated.Rude and attached to their phones.
