Went to the Park Meadows' store twice in the row, with my husband and then with my son. Not only had all our questions answered, but received great recommendations also. Drew finalized the purchase and we left the store with the feeling of "mission accomplished" and two pairs brand new Oakleys.

Super disappointed of the lack of customer service that I just received at this location. The gentleman working seemed annoyed to have me there. When asking about replacement lenses, he stated they don’t have lenses for metal frames, and the only option would be to purchase a new pair. I asked for a customer service number to call to see my options, he told me to just go online and look.
Shortly after I called the Castle Rock location to see if they happened to have them. Although they did not have them in store or on their main online site, Liam helped me navigate through a second Oakley website to find them. When asking why this wasn’t offered at Park Meadow’s, he apologized and mentioned they must not have wanted to go the extra mile to help. I couldn’t agree more and will not shop at this location moving forward.

Park Meadows Oakley Store staff is awesome. We went on a busy Saturday and the store was experiencing difficulties with their retail software. They kept everything orderly and took care of all the customers with extreme professionalism, despite the challenges they were facing. Kyle was excellent. He helped my daughter find exactly what she needed, making sure she got the correct fit and lens type for her needs. We will definitely do business here again.

Went in to pick up and receive my "pro fitting," which consisted of the associate using his grubby fingers to make the most worthless adjustment. Oakley has gone way done hill in regards to customer service.
