Deja was so kind and helpful throughout my entire process of finding a new pair of glasses! She was extremely knowledgable about the specific lenses I needed for my prescription and explained the insurance information so well. It was a pleasure having her help me out! She's the perfect person to represent the store.

We brought in a pair of glasses that had a screw missing from one of the stems. We got the replacement screw from Sunglass Hut but they were not able to put it in because it was so small. We brought glasses to this store and they gladly helped us and so our daughter will be thrilled that she will be able to wear her glasses again. Thank you Lena Crafter and especially Debbie for taking the time to help us so willingly even though we didn’t buy the glasses here. :-)

The staff here went above and beyond to get my young daughter her first pair of glasses. The store is expensive, but with vision insurance, the prices are doable.

The customer service is terrible minus the lady at the front register. I called ahead to ensure I would get the President’s Day sale and was told I could lock in a quote. However, they refused to honor this when I got to the store saying that I needed to have my eye appointment first. I just called another Lens Crafters and they said they would lock me in for 90 days without an eye exam so I guess I’ll try there. Please honor the verbal commitments you make to customers and hour ahead of their arrival.

Despite not purchasing my sunglasses from LensCrafters, I received exceptional service from them. The staff expertly adjusted my sunglasses, demonstrating professionalism and efficiency. I swung by Lenscrafters today to look at some glasses I had seen online. The store didn't have them in stock despite it showing them available which isn't a huge deal. The associate tried to offer me some options to check out while I was there which was nice after I asked a question or two. My issue today is that while the associate was helping me another customer came over, got in our space rudely, interupted, completely took over my interaction with the associate and began to start getting into his account and such. The associate turned full attention to the other gentleman before asking me if it was OK and I left the store. I'll order my glasses off the website instead of coming back to this location.

Brought my glasses in to get the lenses updated to my new prescription. The lab broke my frames when they were taking the old lenses out. They did not have my frames so they offered a credit towards the new frames instead of just swapping like for like. The staff there were nice and simply complying with their corporate policy. I ended up wandering around the mall in prescription sunglasses as the whole thing took about 3 hours. Pretty frustrating and having to fork over an additional $17 for the new frames seemed unnecessary but otherwise I would not have anything other than sunglasses to allow me to see. I've been coming to this lenscrafters for a while now but with the recent issues with the glasses I get here it may be time to give Costco a chance.
