Decided to give it a try since some recent reviews indicated they are open again- well, despite what Google says, they’re not. What kind of irresponsible company doesn’t keep their patients in the loop? It’s the very least they could do. I will be getting my labs sent elsewhere because I no longer trust them in any capacity- especially when it comes to putting things in my literal veins.

UPDATE THE HOURS OF OPERATION. CHRIST. INSTEAD OF RESPONDING TO REVIEWS HOW ABOUT UPDATING YOUR HOURS ON GOOGLE? I CALLED THE NUMBER AND IT SAID NOTHING ABOUT BEING CLOSED. I HAVE RUINED 2 DAYS RUNNING AROUND TO CLOSED LABCORP LOCATIONS. THE STUPIDITY AND LAZINESS IS ON A WHOLE NEW LEVEL. CONGRATULATIONS. YOU WIN WORST BUSINESS EVER.

This is a multi billion dollar company and they pay their phlebotomists $18/hour far below a living wage. Chick Filet pays more and it shows. Offices all over Denver and the suburbs have been closing down. These offices are severely understaffed and the staff extremely overworked. Today I watched the very old, disabled, pregnant women and the very sick waiting for HOURS to get blood drawn. Many were turned away or left due to the long wait. The staff told me that this week she has been cursed at by frustrated customers and had urine thrown at her (from a sample). Both of the only two staff members were collapsing today under the stress of the situation. One said she was about to have a breakdown and the other said she was in trouble because she has diabetes and unable to take a break and eat. This company is not doing right by its employees or customers and I'm outraged to see the way they prosper while providing poor service and creating impossible working conditions.. Shame on you Lab Corp and shame on the insurance companies that partner with them. Sadly LabCorp is my only option due to my insurance requirements but their is something terribly broken with the system that allows Lab Corp to continue to do business in Colorado. This company needs to be investigated.

Needed bloodwork drawn for a physical. Check-in is done at a kiosk. Very efficient. Then your name is called, and you go to the phlebotomy room. Chelsie was awesome! Truly a deft hand. It was nearly painless. Some phlebotomists are gifted, and she's one of them. I don't like needles, and felt it was necessary to inform her of this. She is very kind, and the whole process was over quickly. There's a LabCorp office within my doctor's office, also in the Aspen building, but they were closed for lunch. This office remains open, so I went here instead. I'm glad that I did.

The reviews say they are closed, but they opened back a few weeks ago. Not many people in there when I went. Had an appointment at 12:30 and got seen 5 minutes later. The lady who helped me was very sweet and gentle when putting the needle in. Even the lady when I walked in was super nice too! Appreciate y'all!

I see this place has been closed for a couple weeks? I'm not surprised, but I'd still like to share my experience from about a month ago here. The wait time wasn't too bad, but it was clear that no one really knew what was going on and that communication was lacking.I went down there to do a H. Pylori test and receive a take home stool test, but I had also received a SIBO test from the GI doctor upstairs, which I brought with me. The nurse and assistant didn't understand the order on the screen for the H. Pylori and assumed that the test I had brought was it, so they started opening it and trying to figure it out until I quickly corrected them. I was surprised that they didn't recognize that the test wasn't one they gave out, but it's fine. They gave me the H. Pylori test, which involves drinking a urea solution. I only found this out after Googling it after the fact, because the assistant has no idea and didn't check around when I asked. There's also aspartame in it, so thank goodness I'm not a phenylketonuric! You really should be able to answer questions like that to keep people safe, or find someone who can.

Don’t go here…..as per the note on the door…..this office is closed, yet still shows open on line. I went to the Greenwood Village location 8 months ago…and again three days ago (because it showed open on line) …..same thing…shows open on line but actually closed. Call or verify before going to any Lab Corp….they don’t update their office location’s sites….they all show open when many are closed due to staffing shortages. I switched to Quest because Lab Corp doesn’t respect their customers enough to update their offices’ websites.

If I could give them a lower rating, I would. Last time we waited three hours. This time we made an appointment for 1:15… they’re closed until 1:30. Why schedule appointments when you’re not even open?

THIS FACILITY IS CLOSED!!! And this review is a reflection of how poor Labcorp is with communicating to their customers. This morning (6/5/23), a long line formed outside the office, waiting for bloodwork. Signage clearly stated, office hours "Open" starting at 7:30 a.m. But no one showed up. Lots of angry patients got angrier when a nurse walked by to say that Labcorp had not been operating that facility out of Sky Ridge Medical Center for about 3 weeks. No signage, no messaging, no nothing. Making matters worse - the hospital staff at the concierge and information desks directed everyone to the Labcorp on Oswego. And guess what? That Labcorp has been CLOSED since August 2022. Completely dysfunctional business with ZERO COMMUNICATION and ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Should receive ZERO STARS!!!

Had an appointment at 11:45am, showed up to a locked door with the lights off. No notifications or anything while I left work for it that my appointment was cancelled or they were closed. Don’t go here

Today I had an appointment at 1245, it's now 1:30 pm and no one is here. Another lady is in the same boat, would be nice to know if you're going to close and also why schedule appointments when you're not here?

Came in on time with appointment I made online over 2 weeks ago. 10 people waiting for their appointments as well. Took over 15 minutes for one blood draw ahead of me. Someone needs to take over this poorly run company and improve efficiency. My doctor only uses LabCorp. Is Quest any better?

total mismanagement. Sometimes Fax machine doesn't work and now checkin machines not working. Always running late on appointments. Very frustrating! Hope this gets resolved soon.
