The entire staff was welcoming, friendly, and reassuring. I have to give a special shout-out to the nurse who prepped me, though. She was kind, informative, and funny. She really listened and took the time to explain everything that would happen in the procedure. She was wonderful. Everybody was so professional; I felt very well cared for.

Nurse sent me home as I was hemorrhaging. She did not properly assess the blood drains. She did not notify doctor when she was shoohing me out of the surgery recovery area. Do personnel get bonuses for the shorter time they keep people after surgery? I got home and uncapped artery burst. I had ambulance ride to ER near my home. Lost 2 pints of blood and nearly died.PLESE STOP ERASING MY REVIEW AND then writing, as you did below, to explain the reason for poor review.THE absolute worst experience of my life. Kaiser, you have my info. YOU CALL ME.
