I really love my "new" 2021 Cadillac XT4 that I purchased from John Elway Cadillac. It's red but it's a luxurious color red that stand out from the crowd. My sales person, Lorren Dudley, was the best. So knowledgeable and easy to work with. I appreciate her engagement with my friend and I. Thank you to Lorren and the team there for working with me to get the best trade in value for my Acura, and price for the 2021 Cadillac. It's the best car buy I have every experienced. Honestly. AA

All the chargers in John Elway Cadillac are not available to the public any longer. I spoke to the sales manager to ask why there are Cadillacs blocking all the chargers and he said they are converting them to non-public chargers and they will be charging for use soon. That is so John Elway. I was there about three weeks ago on a Friday late afternoon and charged up for about an hour and everyone in the dealership was friendly, polite and very accommodating. That actually acted like I was a potential customer and treated me like that. I don’t know why they had a sudden change of heart or it’s just because the guy I spoke to was too lazy to move one of the cars blocking the chargers. Another reason I’ll never buy a GM product again. Elway was a lousy manager at the Broncos and his lousy management skills clearly have filtered down to his dealership.

You can't go wrong with the service department at John Elway Cadillac. I always stick with the winning team! I wouldn't take my Escalade ESV anywhere else.

You need clear Bentley service signs and a dedicated Bentley check in area if you don't want to lose your Bentley customers

I had recently wrecked my cadillac XT4 and desperately wanted another one. Ross Gutierrez made this car buying experience very fun and easy. Ice cream truck rolled in and he bought my little boy and ice cream cone. Ross is amazing and I will be buying mynext Cadillac from him at John Elway!

Dan Contreras in the Service department handled my Escalades issues with extreme professionalism and understanding. I bought a Cert Pre-owned Escalade begining of the year and it had some typical push rod failures as did many autos during the pandemic yr of 2021. He treated us extremely well and made sure we were taken care of quickly and efficiently. Very polite and knowledgable! Def buy CPO it's worth the extra money and more than definitely go see Dan for your repair needs. He earned a customer for life here. Thanks again Dan!
