EXTRAORDINARY customer service! Angela, Nancy and Marissa were an amazing help to gather appraisal and market values for my collection of John Atencio jewelry. Angela, especially, took the time to review each piece of jewelry and provide guidance on whether an appraisal or market value assessment was most advisable. They even cleaned all of the jewelry for me! I can't thank them enough for their patience, thoroughness and commitment to getting the information I needed for insurance and estate valuation purposes. This place is highly recommended by me Angela helped me build the dream engagement ring she wanted and wrote it all down for me I contacted them months later for them to actually build the ring Marissa was extremely helpful and chose the most beautiful center diamond for me also got the ring engraved for me with something very special for my fiancé they made sure it was done on time before my trip to Greece and made everything special for me. Lex hand delivered the ring for me because they knew I was so busy I cannot tell you how grateful I am to the team here for making this such a magical experience for me and my fiancé and now we are in Greece having the best time ever thank you again to the team here you guys are amazing and have a loyal customer for life now
