Worst hair dying experience ever. They said over the phone they have muave color. I made the appointment. They ended up putting a Dark almost black color. They refused to fix it. Don't waste your money here.

I had a relaxing experience. I went in for my first time and Jordan did a grey cover. She took her time and did a fabulous job. Looking forward to my next visit. Also thanks for the awesome scalp message.

Was here a couple of weeks ago for a hair appointment and liked the staff so much that I came back for a pedicure. Rocky was amazing, took her time and was personable. Great conversation and amazing pedicure. Will be back

Horrible service.. I went in for a color and they cut my hair without my permissionSo unprofessional so pathetic I tried to raise a complaint against the stylist Hana who did my hair with the manager Angela and she supports her stylist saying “she cut my bangs and not my hair” these are her exact words.. which she then explains saying bangs is not part of my hair ridiculous explanation from her..Ridiculous stylist and ridiculous management..

Kyra did an amazing job on my daughter’s hair… keep in mind my daughter had a very specific look even though she’s not sure what that is in words or whatever…. Anyhow Kyra pulled it off flawlessly and I will definitely be back to see her here. Also kudos for JCPenney salon for their kind efforts in providing accommodations for their employees! I need not say more but I’ve never heard of a company standing behind and providing things for the hiring and retention of an employee in such a personal way….. yes even though it’s the law people with disabilities struggle to find work! A very decent quality within this company!

I have seen several different stylists at this salon for haircuts. I got my hair colored here for the first time, yesterday. Jinx did an amazing job looking at my reference photo and listening to what I wanted. They were very thorough and patient. I have really thick, coarse hair, and it usually takes a bit longer. Jinx knew exactly how to work with my hair. I'm very very happy with my new color!

Thankful to the Respected lady Rockie, The ambitious woman like you encourages young people like us. Im always so impressed with my time at this salon. My stylist is amazing. In fact, i have referred several friends and family to her. Also, the manager of this store is very friendly and helpful. She seems to really care about her colleagues as well as her clients. I will continue to come here, and i do drive up from colorado springs to get my hair done! Thank you ladies.
