We recently moved in and absolutely LOVE our new apartment. There were a few issues but the maintenance team (Juan & Aaron) took care of them immediately and everything is perfect now. Natasha the leasing agent was very friendly and did an excellent job with the leasing side of things. She was extremely professional and helpful assisting us with all our move in questions. We love the amenities here as well, it feels like a resort and they offer monthly resident gatherings too. We high recommend checking this complex out if you are in search of a great place to live in Lone Tree.

I was a walk in one afternoon. Natasha was able to stop what she was doing and give me a tour. I appreciated all the time she took with me. I now call IMT at Ridgegate home. They continue to answer all my questions promptly and with a smile.

Natasha was very knowledgeable on the property information when first showing me around and the IMT Ridgegate team made the move-in very easy. The unit was move-in ready and very clean. Loving my new place!

We moved in recently and the maintenance team has been fantastic with communicating updates and getting us a new washer. The community has events going on regularly and I feel safe in the neighborhood.

Living at IMT Ridgegate has been the best apartment-living experience I’ve ever had, thanks in large part to Mackenzie and the incredible leasing office staff. From the moment I signed my lease, Mackenzie made the process seamless and has always been available to answer any questions I've had along the way. The entire team truly goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel welcome and supported.
The complex itself is fantastic, with amenities that make it feel like you’re at home, yet living on vacation! :D I'm excited to continue living here and enjoying everything this community has to offer.

I have lived at IMT Ridgegate since September 2018. And I have just signed another one-year lease.
This upscale apartment complex is perfectly located in the city of Lone Tree. It is neither too large nor too small and has a perfect mix of ages and ethnic persuasions.
This complex has many amenities other projects only wish they had, including a large, beautiful outdoor center court with a large heated pool, a Jacuzzi hot tub, abundant lounges, tables, chairs, cabanas, and a covered kitchen area for grilling and preparing meals.
On the sixth floor (the top floor) is a large, well-furnished common lounge area with many amenities (including a library and office center), an outdoor covered and furnished patio, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. All of these have unrivaled gorgeous, expansive views of the front range.
Sky Ridge Medical Center and Sky Ridge Lightrail Station are literally right next door to IMT Ridgegate. Two large commercial centers are nearby—one anchored by a Super Target and the other by a Safeway. For my dose of nature, there is nearby Bluff Regional Park with trails for walking, running, and biking.
The Lone Tree Recreation Center, the Lone Tree Performing Arts Center, and the Lone Tree Public Library are also within walking distance of my home. I can work out at the Rec Center in the morning, read a book at the library in the afternoon, and see a play at LTPAC that evening.
My spacious state-of-the-art one-bedroom apartment was brand new when I moved in six years ago, and it is still perfect for my living enjoyment. My neighbors above, below, and on either side of me are quiet and respectful of others. My reserved parking space in the enclosed parking garage does not cost me extra, and my SUV has never suffered any damage, including no door dings.
I moved from downtown Denver to faraway Lone Tree in 2018, thinking I might regret my decision. In fact, my apartment at IMT Ridgegate is quieter and more comfortable than the sky loft I lived in downtown. The nearby amenities and conveniences are exceptional. I highly recommend you consider IMT Ridgegate for your next living experience.

I want to share my great experience with Mackenzie Helmick, the leasing agent and assistant community manager at IMT RidgeGate. I have been a resident at IMT for around 9 months, and she has been super helpful and always makes sure things run smoothly. Any time I have a problem/need something fixed, apartment lockout (my fault), or even general questions, Mackenzie is always on it. She responds fast and makes sure everything gets taken care of through the appropriate channel. She also checks in to make sure I'm happy with how things are handled. It's clear she cares about the residents and wants everyone to have a good experience!
Mackenzie is amazing at her job. She is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. I feel lucky to have her as our leasing agent and assistant community manager. Thank you for everything you do!

A review from a 4 year resident!
Living IMT at RidgeGate has been the best apartment experience I’ve had! I’ve lived across the US in many apartment buildings with various property management companies, but none have compared.
There are so many apartments to choose from in the south Denver metro area, but I would urge you to be really thoughtful when selecting one. Please read my whole review.
Over the years we have seen the positive way the IMT staff have taken care of our home. They have maintained the amenities very well which has been really important for us because we often use the gym, mail room, pool area and other open spaces.
The staff is always very accommodating and pleasant to work with. The grounds crew are always super nice and polite whenever they might need to enter the apartment. They’re also very quick to answer maintenance requests.
Look at all of the amenities on the website, they all exist and are in great condition. The spa is probably the biggest I’ve ever seen. The treadmills have a beautiful view of the mountains.
The apartments themselves are great quality for apartments. Go take a tour and you won’t be disappointed! Some of the floor plans have massive kitchens and bathrooms.
I also love being walking distance to the shops and local open spaces like Bluffs. Not to forget Monk and Mongoose coffee and the new Great Divide Brewery across the street!
Let’s be honest, every apartment experience will have its ups and downs and that often depends on the other residents. No place is perfect, but this has been the closest to perfect as I could imagine. Yes, rent in Denver is expensive but the rates here are really competitive for what you get.
Go take a tour, I promise they won’t lie to you!
Thanks IMT and please keep this a good place to live!

I'm writing this review upon my move-out. Amazing experience from move in to move out. I loved the pool, BBQ and library facility for working. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone. The staff was great and the move out was simple and stress free.

Clean and maintenance crew is great. Very noisy and when one asks the office to help out, one gets the same answer. "they are moving in." Moving in for over a month? Requests to the office are never dealt with in an affirmative manner, always negative.

I have lived here about a month and since the beginning the leasing office team has been AMAZING. They answered all my questions and even helped me resolve a situation that could have been potentially messy and turned it around into a great experience. The maintenance team has been great too and has handled all my requests promptly and quickly! Everyone has gone above and beyond! Cannot recommend these apartments enough :)

I rarely write reviews. I don't believe in ruining the reputation of a business simply based on one bad experience. For every bad review, there surely must be a good experience somewhere. This is not one of those instances.
From moving out to concession issues, nothing is followed in good faith. The company would like to make every excuse to keep every dollar from their tenant.
If whomever is reading this, if I can persuade at least one person reading this review to rent from someone else, I will have died happily. Please rent at your own risk.

UPDATE: shortly after posting this review, I was contacted by IMT and reminded that my review was in violation of the concession agreement I signed which stated I would have to pay back the concession if I left a negative review online. I’ve since let IMT know to charge me the concession as I will happily pay the cost to have written documentation of their direct violation of the Consumer Review Fairness Act (15 U.S.C. § 45b). I have also filed formal complaints with the Federal Trade Commission, the Colorado Attorney Generals Office, as well as the Better Business Bureau. My original review is below.
Pet fee: $350
Pet rent: $25 per month per pet
Credit reporting: $5 per month
Parcel locker: $5 per month
Parcel late pick up fee: $12 per day after 3 days
Trash charge: $4 a month
Trash valet fee: $25 a month
Now you might be asking, well why did you sign the lease? I guess the pool was nice.
Although the pool was closed quite often. The elevators constantly had dog urine or other liquids spilled on the floor. The hallways smelled bad because the valet trash service wouldn’t pick up your trash if it was considered “too heavy”. There were police cars parked out front multiple times a week. The bike rack in the parking garage is not secure and has no camera pointed to it, I found this out after my $2,000 bicycle got stolen with no recourse from management. Our heat stopped functioning in the middle of winter and we were given a couple space heaters while it took them almost two months to get it repaired. When I asked for some sort of concession because of how long it was taking, management reluctantly applied $125 to our account.
Here’s the best part. We got hit with almost $1000 in charges on move out because I hadn’t patched the small nail holes with paint around the apartment “adequately”. They also replaced the entire carpet for a bedroom because of a 2 inch urine spot which we had no way of knowing was from our pet (who never has accidents inside). I even called after the walkthrough and was told everything was fine when they could have let me know to come back and fix the nail holes for far cheaper than $400.
Why take my word for it? Go check out IMT Residential on better business bureau.
