The customer service at this bank is excellent. I’ve had Huntington Bank for 7 years now and have always had good customer service with them at the branches.

There are flaws in your mobile banking, it IS NOT IN REAL TIME. Which is told by Huntington employees regularly. I personally tried to speak with a Huntington representative at my local branch for 5 days in regards to overdraft charges. I initiated this comment within my 24 hour grace period and could not get anyone to call me back and communicate about my account. If Huntington Bank thinks people are comfortable making cash deposits when they feel something is wrong with their account, they are mistaken. I DID NOT feel comfortable putting money into my account UNTIL I spoke with someone. Since NO ONE would call me back in a timely manner, I accrued $360 in overdrafts fees by fault of Huntington Bank. When I FINALLY was able to speak with someone, they would only take off half of the charges. I have been with Huntington Bank for many years now, a good customer. Huntington has made money off of my account because I have paid EVERY SINGLE DEBIT, without question. Trust me, that’s not without doubt though.After my recent experience, I will be closing my account with Huntington. This didn’t have to happen. I was MORE THAN WILLING to pay what was owed and continue with Huntington until they would not return my calls and then would not take ALL of the overdraft charge off because “We have a 24-hr grace period, you could have deposited money at that time.” Please. Anyone who would put money into something they have questions about is absolutely crazy. Huntington failed on this one.
