Instead, Stacy R. greeted us, and checked in with us from time to time as we tested every single chair and table that appealed to us, and tried different chairs with with different tables, because, like Momma Bear and Poppa Bear…it had to be just right! She was wonderful and incredibly patient while we made our decisions! Thanks!!”

We came in this morning with our two young kiddos looking to buy a couch for our new home. We weren't familiar with Lovesac and Alanna was so incredibly helpful, patient, and detail oriented! She understood exactly what we were looking for, and helped us understand all of the options and permutations. She is so talented at explaining the differences between all the different options (probably because she is also a 7th grade teacher!!). We walked in just planning on browsing, and we ended up staying a full hour and planning our exactly what we needed. Will be purchasing soon! Thank you so much Alanna!!”

This last order we had a technical glitch and Sarah and Avery were able to help escalate this issue to the right people so we could still get our order through before the store sale ended.”
