Stickers are old and sun damaged just FYI. Make sure it's good, they don't "do returns" on stickers that are $5 and fall apart in your hands.

Great people and great selection. The manager was really cool with an unused return without receipt because I still had their sticker price tag on it. HIGHLY recommend stopping in .

I bought a disposable vape at this location I was told that if I had any problems with it to come back and they would take care of it I thought that was kind of funny that I've never had problems with the elf bar before and the one I buy from them is smoking I asked if I could come in and exchange it they would not. I saw the customer service is garbage and I want to go shopping there again

I’m so incredibly impressed with the staffing here. Especially the manager, I’m sorry I forget his name. But I go in often for disposables, and got into the usual small talk with the staff. The manager recommended these herbal capsules that saved my life. I was in so much pain, and without the use of pharmaceuticals, I feel fantastic. If I could hug everyone there I would. Please support this store and the staff who keep us going! ❤️

Be cautious when you purchase a disposable vape from this place. A lot of times they will come faulty and they don't do refunds.

First time in the shop today to pick up a disposable.Friendly staff right away. Nice gal helped me with the disposable, they have good selection and handy menu available for those of us with crummy eyes.Wide variety of glass, accessories… basically all your smoking needs in one shop!Picked up a nice double bubbler as well…Will be back as needed but worth stopping by if you haven’t been.??

I've been going to freakys since about 2009 or so and they've always had a decent selection of stuff. Staff is always super cool. This lone tree branch is the closest one to me and Zach the manager is a good dude who will do everything within his limits to make ya happy if there's a problem with a purchase. I recently had an issue w a product I purchased there that I felt was justified in being disappointed in and Zach talked w me for a bit about the issue and we came to a satisfactory agreement. Very reasonable dude. So far, my perception is that Freakys truly cares about its customers. I've seen other reviews on here about not being satisfied and not getting taken care of but I can't speak on those situations, only my own.. Happy customer. Thnx Zach and Freakys
