Awful experience. Barely any customer service. I needed shoes for my daughters basketball game, and the workers barely helped. They knew they had limited stock and had me find each shoe that would fit her instead of offering any shoe size that would fit her. They don’t help with shoe fittings. They just stare at you as you struggle to get the shoes out of the box to get them on your child while you juggle other children. Manager should be ashamed of the lack of support they offer and the glacial pace they move. Two thumbs down, I wish I had more thumbs. Workers need to be trained to actually support the customers instead of people watching.

Went into this Location to exchange some shoes I bought from out of town. Joni the manager was so helpful she didn’t have my size but said don’t worry I will call another store for you! She called a store and they had my size there just had to go pick them up at the Aurora store the manager there Danny helped me no questions asked ! Both these managers get a 10 Star if you had a ten star! Thanks so much to Joni and Danny for taking care of me. I definitely will be back to see Joni for my next pair of shoes

Good selection but no inventory and service sucks. Gone are the days when they helped you try on shoes. Now they just hand you the box and expect you to lace them, try them on, and box them back up and then seemingly get a commission. Customer service is dead.

You’d think in this day and age if you were working here and got sick and were coughing that you’d either stay home, wear a mask, or cover your mouth when you cough, but you’d be wrong. Now I’m sick. Oh and they never have any good shoes.

I went into this Foot Locker with my grandson to get him some new shoes for school yesterday. 5 people working. No other customer in the store, as it had just opened for the day. I had to ask one of them to please measure his feet. The employee told me he is a size 1 when he is really a 13.5. It was an obvious mistake when my grandson could not even get his heel into the shoes the employee brought out. When I told the employee that my grandson could not get his foot in the shoe and they were obviously too small, he told me to "loosen the laces". Employee did not re measure., did not assist in any way. ,We left and we went over to Van's where we were correctly measured and found the perfect shoes, , great customer service. This Foot Locker obviously does not train their employees. They lost a sale and I will never set foot in that store again. There are tons of other places to get name brand shoes.

First time I've ever been in a foot locker thought it was Meh they didn't have any Jordons or Dunks anything that would be considered very nice shoes. Walked up to the front counter and the employees took ten minutes to check out the people in front of us who had bought one thing. When I got to the counter the girl asked me for ALL of my personal info. I bought 3 pairs of socks and when I get home the security ink tag is still on the socks. What the f**** I call the place saying they left the ink tag on the socks; the guy on the phone tells me "we don't put ink tags on our socks". Like you f****** work there. I say well these socks do, he tells me to bring them in and they'll remove them for me. I'm not driving back there EVER. Brain dead employees. Try Culture street or Vans.
