We had an incredible stay for a vacation this past week. The only downside for us was it being about 30+ minutes away from anything in Denver unless it was late with zero traffic but that didn’t take away from the incredible staff, service, and enjoyment of the hotel. So many staff members were friendly, helpful, and outstanding!Nearby activities: Most things you want to do are a bit of a drive away but the service/staff of the hotel was worth it!Food & drinks: Great food and beverage selection for breakfast, snacks and alcohol

I arrived after the audit/turnover at midnight. Dante at the Front Desk made an exception for me and helped me feel like a welcome guest. Dante, thank you so much for your accommodation and for continuing to give me a positive experience at this location.

Change your name . It's confusing for those looking for a massage and not a room

Customer Service was awesome! Loved the breakfast! The room, not so much. I had a room with a connecting room door... Those people were so loud, I could hear everything. And then the morning sun before 7:30 (pic) made room so bright, could not sleep in... Just not a good place to sleep. I had room 221. I guess avoid odd number rooms on that side?

I booked a room with my Marriot bonvoy certificate one night, but I didn't have 50 dollars for security, so the person at the desk didn't give me a room because of it.

Hotel charges $10 a day to park with a big open lot, then charges you $1.50 to pay for the parking. The website even says complimentary parking on the first line, you do have to scroll down further to see they charge.Outlet covering plates are missing. Lights I'm the bathroom of the room they gave won't turn on. Shower floor is peeling off. They did move me to another room where the electrical worked she was put together better.

First of all they make you PAY for parking??? The signs in the parking lot say you can get it validated, but the front desk person told me that I had to pay. I’m already paying for the room and they expect me to pay for parking too?? What a RIPOFF. Second, the rooms are not kept up with well at all. The furniture is old and scratched and the paint is chipping off the walls. Thirdly, the tv in our room wasn’t connected to the internet, and my kids wanted to watch some Netflix, so I called the front desk. Chanel, who was nice enough, made ME do all the work of unplugging and plugging the tv back in, unplugging the router behind the tv, and then to top it off, she made ME call the tech support hotline myself. The tech line gave me a case number but NEVER called me back. No one in this hotel ever expected to actually solve the problem. Lastly, they have an indoor swimming pool that isn’t even heated. My kids tried to swim in it and it was FREEZING.

I don't recommend this hotel. We changed three rooms and they were all in a bad condition. The first room was on the first floor, when we entered the room there was a bad smell, the furniture was old and the bed had uncle bedding. We were with a child and asked to change our room and give us a clean room with no smell. They changed us to another room on the second floor, but this room was no better. There was no soap in the bathroom, the furniture was damaged, and there were large stains on the bed. They don't change the bed sheets after visitors. We returned and asked for another room. They gave us a room again on the first floor. It was a little better than those rooms, but the bedding was rumpled and it was clear that it had not been changed and someone slept on it. We stayed in this room because they assured us that they did not have a better room. We were disgusted to sleep on these beds. Then we found snot on the wall. It's horrible. There are no sockets on the nightstand near the bed in the room, it is difficult to charge the phone. Breakfast was good. But the chairs and sofas in the breakfast area were dirty. We won't be coming back here again. I do not recommend this hotel, especially if you are with children.

Great location with friendly and helpful staff. Close to shopping and dining. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. The breakfast offerings were great, and the lobby had a cozy home like feel. The only drawback was hearing the guest above walking around, but it was minimal and didn't interfere with my stay. I will definitely stay here again.

Positives: The air conditioner works well and the bed is comfortable. Room for Improvement: no easily accessible outlets to plug-in when working at the desk, hallway noise seems more excessive in the mornings than other hotels, the motion lights in the bathroom are annoying when you're using the facility and it goes pitch dark, TV is small for the size of the room and outdated.

Location is close to a mall and restaurants etc. . The hotel was a disappointment however. Clearly a little older and in need of some tlc. Please close the large doors to the dumpsters…we nearly crashed into one and it’s the first thing you see driving … the hotels trash storage. Furniture was dented etc in some spots. The entrance door is old and moldy and a broken alarm was going off all the days we were there. Breakfast station is different was not fresh to order. Rooms fairly small and no place for suitcases. Beds were good. Housekeeping didn’t clean the bathroom sink during our stay and didn’t vacuum, only supplied new towels and made the beds. Not a good experience and normally we love Element hotels.Nearby activities: Near the mall.

Do not recommend this hotel. The wifi is horrible and I keep getting kicked off throughout the day and night. There is an alarm that has been going off in the lobby since Sunday. The tvs on the treadmills in the gym don't work and there are no towels in the gym. The front desk staff don't seem interested in fixing anything. The hotel is pretty beat up, but clean. Other than the flies. Flies keep appearing in my room. I am able to kill them or get them out the door and then the next day more appear. I've reported that to the front desk staff who said there is nothing they can do. The door to the room also does not shut, it sounds like it shuts, but when you look it is stuck open and you really have to push or pull hard to make sure the door is shut. The location of the hotel is great. If management took an interest in the hotel and making sure things actually work and took care of the problems it has the potential to be a good hotel. I recommend staying next door at the Tru instead. I stayed at the Tru previously and had a much better experience.

Nice hotel, same standards as most element hotels. The freeway is right there, which is convenient for traveling, but make sure to get a room facing away from it if you're a light sleeper
