First off, Jeremiah was very transparent when helping me pick a plan that suited my needs best. I did have to leave and grab my wallet, so when I came back, Jeremiah was busy. His coworker, Ike, finalized the process and made everything so seamless and put up with my cringy jokes ? Their manager Tristan was SO helpful throughout the process, he's a super sweet guy with his charismatic greeting at the door.
I'm so happy with my GORGEOUS new Samsung, the Verizon app is so easy to use (I was able to add my smartwatch at home in less than five minutes!!!)

“Very impressed with Jake and the service he provided. My wife and I came in looking for a new refrigerator after 7pm. As the only salesman in the department Jake did a great job of asking clients if they needed help and checking in on multiple people. When we picked a fridge the whole process to check out and go over the different options offered was very efficient and informative.It had been many years since I had last shopped at Best Buy and the variety, layout and customer service was very impressive. I will definitely come back to Best Buy for appliance needs in the future.”

“The cashier was a pretty cool dude, and they had Mountain Dew that was nice and thick. I might have just gotten lucky after they refilled the syrup but I feel pretty happy with my beverage. I needed gas and they obviously have that too, so I'm going to call that a 5 star visit for a convenience store.I am including a picture of the Mountain Dew, notice the color comes through clearly even with a large amount of ice. It was pretty impressive for a gas station.”
“Had a bad issue with my daughter’s phone. We went through a bunch of steps to fix it online but couldn’t get it finished. We went in and Kristy greeted us and immediately greeted us, listened to the problem and said they could correct it.
She was fast and took care of our issue in just a couple minutes.
