Today I experienced the best Customer Service by a young lady her name was Jules, she helped exchange a jacket for me. Very knowledgeable with her job! Eddie Bauer is lucky to have her.

I went in to return a jacket that i bought as a gift which I paid for in cash, and was very rudely told that i could only get it back as in store credit. Which leads me to believe whoever checked me out when i purchased it, put it as a gift card instead of paying as cash. $160 for a store i dont shop at without getting my money back. Rude service as well on top of that.

This is a great place to grab lots of gear for all occasions! Nice stylish clothes for everyone. Friendly and helpful staff, and everything is nice and clean. The changing rooms are well kept too. I highly recommend stopping in here!

Service here was about what I would expect from a store in the mall. Fairly quick with employees that were generally friendly. I got the standard "let me know if I can help you with anything" greeting after a few mins of looking around the store. I did manage to find something and checkout was smooth.

I’ve shopped at EB for several years now and spent thousands on clothes at their stores. I went in to check if I had any rewards to use. The male employee there said “you don’t have any” even though he didn’t check. He didn’t ask for a phone number or anything he said “trust me you don’t have any rewards to use”. I will never shop at this store again.I went to the one in the outlet mall in Castle Rock the day after and the lady was super sweet and applied the $10 reward I had onto my purchase. Why? Because she actually bothered checking.

This store gets a one star, because they have nothing lower. I would not recommend this store and would tell you to go to the Littleton Location instead, due to the following.My family and I went into the Park Meadows store to try and exchange a Men's Rainfoil Jacket on 8/28/21 and were treated with nothing but rudeness and disrespect by the stores manager April. The jacket in question was bought a few years ago, when it had a lifetime guarantee and before EB changed to a one year warranty. It is in great condition, but recently when we unzipped one of the pockets the zipper broke. I was aware of the new one year exchange policy, but had found on EB website that:All products that are deemed defective without proof of purchase, as well as defective products older than one year, are only eligible for exchange or replacement with a similar item, at management discretion.If your item has not lived up to the Eddie Bauer Product Guarantee, please return your item to any of our retail stores, or via mail to:Based on this and the excellent service that EB stores have always provided, I took the jacket to the store located in Park Meadows Mall in Lone Tree Colorado. When I walked in there was only 2 store employees, one in the front of the store and one in the back. The one in the back looked at me 3 times, before making an exasperated face and coming over from staring at the wall, to ask if she could help me. I started to explain that the zipper had broken and that I understood that the new policy was one year, but had bought it when it had a lifetime guarantee. Before I could finish the sentence, she became rude and even seemed angry as she told me NO you can’t exchange it, it’s over a year old, our policy has changed. I said okay, I understand that, but I bought the jacket when it had a lifetime guarantee and referenced the above detail from your website. Then she got sort of aggressive and ruder and told me that the policy changed in 2017 and every customer was given 3 years to return older items. (This makes no sense, because there is no way I would have been able to predict, even if I knew of the policy that the zipper would break.) I told her that she needed to calm down as I had done nothing to deserve to be treated in this aggressive rude way. She then crossed her arms and just started repeating the 2017 change with 3 years grace period several times, like a 3 year old child. I then asked to speak to a manager and she said THAT IS ME and again repeated the no exchange, 2017 and 3 year grace period statement. I became angry and unfortunately called her a name, said that she obviously didn’t become a manger on her customer service skills and left the store. As we were walking out my 11 year old daughter asked me why the lady was so mean, when I just asked her a question, to which I had no answer. After I had calmed down, I walked back into the store to ask the managers name and instead of waiting for me to approach the counter with other customers present, she shouted her name April across the store and gave me a dirty look. I understand retail is hard, I’ve been there before and I know the old saying the customer is always right, doesn’t mean the customer is always right, but and this should not matter as every customer deserves to be treated with respect, but to put my past experiences in perspective, I have Gold Member status and have spent thousands upon thousands of dollars at EB throughout all of the years they have been on Colorado, through all of the changes, store closures and a Pandemic and I did not deserve to be treated that way. I am not an aggressive or rude person, really quite the opposite and a simple explanation of the policy, why she would not or could not and some politeness would have gone a long way.I would highly recommend taking your business to the location in Littleton off of Santa Fe Drive as that store knows how to treat it's customers.Thanks,B Smith

My wife and in-laws had a terrible experience here today. The only employee that was working rudely refused to help my wife get into a dressing room to try on the clothes she was wanting to purchase. There were two other dressing rooms being used by customers that were in the clothing section looking for more clothes to try on and she adamantly declared she wouldn’t open another dressing room since two were already in use. The customer service today was terrible, so we did not make any purchases at this store. Eddie Bauer needs to reevaluate their customer service personnel. A kind word goes a long way in helping your potential customers.

Excellent clearance and sale prices on quality clothing. We purchased men's t-shirts (2), shorts, and a women's t-shirt and thong sandals for just under $100. Very friendly and helpful staff too.
