I showed up at their store today because I was having issues getting my remote paired. They had a big crowd because a new drone just came out, and they were testing it out. But despite all the commotion, they helped me on the spot. And everyone was so happy for me. People would come up and say congratulations for the first drone.

Bought a drone a couple of years back from these guys, not only customer service great then, but I called and needed support right at closing time and Jody went the extra mile. Thanks Guys!

Brought my drone in for repair because I needed a quick turnaround. Was charged a $65 "diagnostic" fee, only to be told it the issue was something they couldn't fix and I'd have to send it directly into DJI anyway. Additionally, I was quoted that some of my repairs might cost as much as $200+, but when I eventually sent my in to DJI, I was only charged $70 total (including labor). Don't waste your time with trying to get repairs here, work directly with DJI...

BEWARE: This is NOT an authorized DJI repair shop. I found this out the hard way after I spent $265 on repairs for them to tell me I need to ship it to DJI since they were out of ideas on how to fix it(IMU errors). DJI eventually fixed the issue for $80. Avoid this place at all costs for repairs.

Don’t bother with these jokers. Spent 15 minutes on the phone with rude salesperson confirming an item was in stock at the store, only to drive down there and find out that it wasn’t there and the person that I spoke with on the phone was unavailable.

Bought a kit, looks like the guy there entered it manually since nothing matches on the receipt including the price. Over paid by $35 compared to what DJI + Colorado sales tax would've been.

Wow… I want to be a drone guy when I grow up. Not only was the staff friendly and smart. They gave it to u like it is and even offered a discount on older products… thanks guys for all the help…. Almost forgot not only is the staff cool ? but so are and is everyone I have not in the community….

DJI GO 4 wont work with Android 12 :( and no efforts are being made to fix it. Thanks DJI!
