Went to get my tires rotated and balanced and left with a big scratch on the right side of my vehicle. After speaking with an employee they were quick to say it was me and I know for a fact it wasn’t. Never go here if you car about your car

So I came in at 5:30 (30 minutes before close). I met Alejandro at the front. Right from the start he was the most personable sales rep I’ve had the pleasure of working with at any store or location.
Hando took care of me instantly. Looked at my jeep and let me know they’d do all they can to get me in and out.
They took my jeep in and patched my tire in under 30 minutes. Outside of the fast service, just so respectful and helpful. Definitely coming back here for any of my tire needs in the future!

I went in this morning to see if they could fix a leak in my tire and I did not have an appointment. They had the leak fixed and rotated my tires within 30 mins and free of charge! Amazing service!

I came in this morning with a screw in my tire and the team made this repair so painless. Within seconds, a team member was outside helping me out. He assured me that a patch would be a sufficient fix. Got the car right in, and 20 minutes later, I was on the road to work. The team patched my tire for FREE and had top tier customer service. I am blown away. Thank you for your professionalism and great service.

My past few visits to this location have been negative.
First encounter: We had a tire puncture fixed at this location that developed a slow leak over the next few days. When having the tire inspected again the representative wanted us to pay out of pocket for the poorly done patch.
Second encounter: Dante assisted me today for loose dismount/mount & old tire disposal and quoted me a price that was more than 4x what I had paid last time. I had to have him look at the proper work order code to get a price that did not include services I opted out of.
It's always a guessing game on what much things will be here and you will pay a premium if you don't ask questions/inquire about the breakdown of what you're paying for.
Recommend going to a different location as that is what I will be doing.

Garrett was great! I had an appointment for new tires and was in and out, no problem. Prices were in line with competition.
