DO NOT GO HERE! Its not an actual Verizon store, they’re scammers!

It's a franchise of Verizon, and you can get pretty much any phone here. It's a small booth, so it's often busy.

Horrible, absolutely! Yes...avoid this store. The day after Thanksgiving I went into this location to add 1 line to my existing account. I cannot remember the guy who waited on us but tonight (12-3) I have discovered Verizon has NO RECORD of any such order. I suspect this nitwit made a mistake and rather than notifying me, simply tore up the paperwork. Listen carefully...go ONLY to a Verizon corporate store. Period.

This place was horrible! Robert Keesee is the store manager and the one who sold us our phones. He was rude and gave us the wrong information. It was is not a true Verizon store. After we bought our phones and got home we realized they had charged us for the Mobile protection plan (insurance), without asking us first. Robert Keesee that sold us our phones told us we could break our contract by sending in our old phones, and that are phones look like they are in good condition. We later found out they had to be in perfect condition (which one of ours had a crack), and if not there will be a charge of $350/phone. Luckily we didn't return the phones yet and went to a true Verizon store and got the correct information. We were advised to go back to where got our phones and return them. When we went back Robert Keesee was there the next day and was VERY rude. He charged me $30.00 for the headphones because I opened them, $20.00 for my screen protector, and we had to pay a restocking fee.

I went in not realizing this is NOT a Verizon Wireless company store. The manager of the store told me that Verizon was switching their insurance company to the Diamond Wireless Protection plan and that it was much better than the Insurion that the real Verizon offers. He said they replace phones on the spot at their store and only use new phones, Well, 2 months later I found out the hard way that was a bold faced lie. I would recommend staying out of this store!

I have had nothing but trouble with this group! The misrepresented the services they offered, what was needed at time of purchase and they are not Verizon Wireless. Diamond wireless is a re-seller, not the real deal. When they wrong you, they do not do ANYTHING to assit in reconciling what they have done wrong and let the bills, late charges etc. pile up, while they let you deal with Verizon. Verizon then tells you, that it up to Diamond to fix the situation and it turns into a VERY EXPENSIVE run around... For your sanity, I would stay away and go straight to the source of servies (The Provider of your choosing.)
