As a person of color, it really doesn't feel good when you walk through the store and not a single staff member greeted us or asked if we needed assistance. Then when you observe everyone else, you see that only certain people are being helped.
As we made our way to the front, my mom asked an employee if we could checkout here (near the bedding area) and the person said yes. However, through the whole transaction she was distracted, didn't make eye contact and just made it seem like we were a nuisance. At the end of the day, money is money. You shouldn't judge customers based on appearance.

Furniture is beautiful but what good is that when the delivery system is a complete shod. I have had to return and reject 2 deliveries of the same sofa because the delivery drivers damage them. The first time, the delivery people decided to unwrap a white couch and put it on the street with melting snow and then proceed to bring in a dirty couch into my home with black marks all over it. We told them that it was damaged and they said that it's fine and just call for a new one. What a waste of resources and time! The second time, the driver called us before even reaching our home and letting us know that the sofa was already damaged, so I rejected delivery. How many times do we have to deal with this? All they are doing is wasting money and everyone's time. Don't waste your time or money at Crate and Barrel.

I came here after I had a terrible experience with Arhaus. Highly recommend this store. Marsha was super helpful and professional. I was skeptical about delivery time when I placed a big order for multiples rooms. Delivery process was seamless and on time. Quality of products and quality of delivery was top notch. There was a minor issue with a night stand. It was replaced immediately. I will be shopping for future furniture from this place.

If you want quality furniture go elsewhere believe me. Customer service terrible. We were looking for a great quality couch decided to purchase from here and wow were we wrong. We spent $8000 on a couch. From the time the couch was delivered huge stain on the back of it, sectional clips didn’t match up, we then had to wait a month for a new couch, when the time came to deliver a new couch they delivered the wrong couch and we were missing pieces of our couch, wait another 2-3 weeks couch finally arrives. Here we are about a month In from purchasing and our chaise material is balling up so we contact the store. We get in touch with Kaylyn in which she tells us she will get back to us. Two weeks go by we hear nothing so we call the store and are told a manager will reach out Kaylyn is on her honeymoon ok great wait another 3-4 days hear nothing from anyone. We reach back out and are basically told there is nothing they can do that it is normal wear and tear. Excuse me a month old couch and this is normal wear and tear. Pretty much in the next few months i can expect our $8000 couch to be completely balled up material. Waste of money. If your looking for quality furniture do not purchase here. If you have any issues you are told there is nothing they can do and they have a 30 day return policy. I would recommend Arhaus over this place. Terrible customer service and quality lacking. This is not a high end furniture place so be aware. I will never purchase another item from this store and will be telling everyone I know to stay away.

Can’t go to the mall without looking at crate and barrel. Lots of great pieces. Good quality with somewhat reasonable prices - depending on the item. The employees here are always so kind and welcoming. Samantha was extremely helpful when it came to furnishing my house. We loved crate and barrel before, but the employees here make it easy to keep coming back.

If they have no star I really want to give them no star, I ordered a sofa on May 29, they said I need to wait 4-5 weeks. But till today I still didn’t get my sofa, called service so many times, nobody knows where’s my sofa! I’v been waiting for 4 months!

Our Tate bookcase was delivered without the hardware. It was not an easy fix as one part of the system doesn't seem to know what the other part of the system is doing or has done. The sales person was great. But the fix for the mis-delivery was not easy. UPDATE: The fix continues to be problematic. It was promised on Tuesday. It is now Thursday night and still nothing. This despite calling the national office. While Crate and Barrel may say it is a Fed Ex issue--there is a delay, it is not accurate to say this. It is a Crate and Barrel issue. They delivered a faulty product, without the proper hardware. I've always liked Crate and Barrel. It is not pleasant to write this. I would much prefer to give them a five because everything was great. I give Crate and Barrel a 1 star review because this is not the way any of this is supposed to work.

Be CAREFUL. I was checked out by a slender, mid 50s lady with glasses. I paid with a gift card- she scratched off the back to get the code. She then claimed my gift card was the same amount as my bill- 40.31$. Who gives a gift card for that amount??? She put the gift card in the drawer and wrapped my plates I purchased.

Crate and barrel has been our go-to location in the past. We bought our couch from there and had a wonderful customer service experience, which made us come back. This time for table purchases, Melissa, sales representative was initially helpful but then when I had asked her if we can see a similar table color in natural light aince it doesnt really match witj our existing furniture, she stated you can take it yourself and stated she hasn't been able to understand our requirements and crate & barrel doesnt have more stuff for our needs. One of the worst customer I have experienced, especially for furniture shopping, when their end goal should be to help customer meet their needs, and instead, she left us with a bad taste of the store for us.
