I went shopping at this company in the Park Meadows Mall today for Christmas. I passed two managers and three employees that did not greet me. I walked up and down three times and even made eye contact. Not one person greeted me or said hi or anything. No customer service and extremely disappointing. I was prepared to purchase quite a few items, but I will no longer be going to this retail store

This is a new store on the lower level of the Park Meadows Mall. They have a large selection of clothing for both men and women in various different styles. The customer service is good, but the employees stay mainly around the registers with ringing up customer sales. I was able to find something here I liked that was both stylish and reasonably priced. Checkout was fast and easy.

the comment about this store being racist is true. we walked in and were not greeted, immediately after we asked for help with taking a dress off the mannequin because it was the last one in the size my friend needed. Aashley looked my friend up and down and asked what size she needed.. even though that’s why we were asking for the one on the mannequin. overall she was very rude and condescending to my friend and I- two women of color. will not be going back.

The most racist store I ever step foot in. The so called acting district manager. Unprofessional, rude condescending behavior towards people of color and the staff. She has not business working for any company. 2023 and this is still allowed? Unacceptable I will be sure to tell everyone about this store. Word of mouth still this best way to talk about a business!
