This place has been an absolute pleasure. From the year round pool and hot tub, to all the trails for nice long walks, we’ve loved it. Deanna, Kay, Sebastian, Steve, Adam, DJ, Caleb, and Collin, really take pride in what they do! They keep this community in tip top shape, and are always there to help!

Just moved in recently. Truly a wonderful experience. Staff are accommodating and wonderful to work with. I would recommend contour 39 to anyone looking for a nice place to live!!!
