“We made an appointment and went 15 min early, we ended up waiting 30 min. Seemed a bit disorganized, when we were help, the tech was awesome. It took awhile to identify full issue and fixes. Bottom line they fixed the issues and we were Happy. We were there long enough to watch a general iPhone 15 session.”

As the only salesman in the department Jake did a great job of asking clients if they needed help and checking in on multiple people. When we picked a fridge the whole process to check out and go over the different options offered was very efficient and informative.It had been many years since I had last shopped at Best Buy and the variety, layout and customer service was very impressive.
