Beyond awful experience… CCRM’s financial group is so incapable that it’s on the cusp of criminal. Went through about 5 financial persons with not a single one having clear or accurate information. They bill the same procedures multiple times, constantly change pricing, and give last minute notices for payment without insight (requiring the patient to either skip a cycle or accept whatever fate CCRM deems). CCRM executives say they’re fixing the financial group with new leadership and employees, but it’s just not correct. It’s not worth the stress, headache, money, or missed opportunity to deal with this group.

This might be the worst run company as far as customer service. Doctors are amazing! My wife was pregnant after the first round after several other rounds in Oklahoma. BUT, they never followed up, is taking more than a month for my financials and they never cared when the baby was born. After all the money $$$$$ was spent they don’t care. Just a heads up

We worked with CCRM Lonetree in the fall 2022 and spring 2023. We know folks who have been successful here and it's a powerhouse clinic, so despite the reviews here, we really wanted to make it work. However, as many have stated, we really struggled with the poor communication across the board (reception, nurses, and doctors). We did appreciate that we ended up not having to pay for a cancelled cycle due to a miscommunication after we drove 14 hours to get there, but it was a very devastating experience. We ended up going to a smaller CCRM clinic and have had a better experience now than here at the original location.

This review is specifically for the surgery patient care experience at Lone Tree. I have now had three separate surgeries at Lone Tree, and the experience has been wonderful and seamless every time. Most recently, Dr. Barton, nurse Karen, and the anesthesiologist were so warm, empathetic, and kind and made a very tough day so much easier—I'm so very grateful.

It’s shocking the lack of care or support you would receive from CCRM.We found CCRM through my companies referral program and decided to move forward with visiting despite the terrible reviews due to the incentives of my wife and I would receive through my companies partnership. You will meet your Dr on the initial visit and everything from that point on is a nightmare. We could not get ahold of our doctor for questions we had and when we scheduled a follow up with her after some initial testing we got a call from the nurse letting us know they canceled the appointment for us because it was not “ necessary” for us to meet with them. We asked for pricing and were asked for our insurance card 7different times and told the finance team would reach out. Never got a call.We tried switch to a different office and maybe this was just the Denver office. We called the office in Lone Tree requesting a transfer to a new doctor and were told by scheduling they would reach out due to fact they needed manager approval to change our doctor. No call ever came and after reaching out and complaining for FOUR WEEKS asking again and again for mangers to just get scheduled during this emotional time. We finally got a call from an individual in the scheduling team (not the manager that had now been promised to call us 6 separate times) letting us know the soonest they could get us in would be in 16 weeks…..I asked would that have been the same time line had they just scheduled the first appointment like I asked four weeks earlier and they stated no but since they couldn’t get us switched to the new doctors her schedule filled up. Oh but their manager would call us to explain, and surprise surprise. No one reached out again.Fast forward to this week and we can’t even get our records for our new clinic and when you call in the use a cop out stating it’s a third party that send them out and they have no control. I asked if I could just pick a computer of OUR records and they stated they would need to use the third party. We have been trying for over two and half weeks and still waiting on them. There truly could not be a worse clinic in America and what a joke of a team. Fertility is already an emotionally trying road to navigate and I promise if you choose to use CCRM to help you in the process you will waste your time and have zero support both in the physical or emotional.

The worst staff, they gave me the wrong number of eggs retrieved on my retrieval day, the next day they deleted all the previous chat to delete trace of their mistake. My nurse was always on leave. Struggling to get my records sent over to the new clinic. Save your money and go somewhere else where they have empathy for people going through IVF. CCRM only cares about money and nothing else.

My experience with CCRM was the worst possible. They really do treat you like a number. Nobody cares about you. When we were going through the process I was very confused on what the process was like and when I called and asked the wrong question to the attendant, she replied "the patient is the one responsible for knowing what's going on". I complained with the customer service and only heard excuses and push back. On top of that, I had 13 healthy frozen eggs that they had suggested I shipped from another country and in the thawing process only 5 survived (which diminished by chances considerably). They blamed the shipping process for the low success rate. I ended up with no viable embryos, of course. Now, many months later I'm still fighting with their finance department to get my refund of $4,000 for money that they make you overpay. They said I would see the refund in 3 to 6 weeks and it's been almost 6 months now. It's awful. Don't use them.

This is your sign to leave CCRM...As you've read on many other reviews, I feel like I could write a novel on "How not to care for patients" from my experience with this clinic. However, I've since moved on to another clinic in the area (which I was absolutely terrified to do thinking all fertility clinics would be the same) and here's me telling you that it does get better! Immediately I was treated with the kind, compassionate, and responsive care I craved for from CCRM. Oh, and they immediately ran my insurance with no weird 'itemized' bill that the front desk admin clearly had no clue how to complete.I'll be honest, we haven't gotten to the IUI or IVF cycle yet (mainly because of continual patient care failures from CCRM), but the stress is 100% not worth it when you can still get good 'science' AND empathetic nurses, communicative doctors, doctors that actually answer your questions when they fall outside of the cookie-cutter path....So if you've experienced any of the below terrible care from CCRM like me, LEAVE - transfer your records, you don't have to start over from scratch! (though you will have have to do the record transfer yourself, because CCRM would never do anything you request...) Make the move and feel the relief and relax knowing that you'll have a nurse and doctor that care about you. That the office staff will communicate promptly with you. That your insurance will be billed correctly. That your individual case will matter.Grievances (sadly, not uncommon)*Absolutely terrible communication and organization. I showed up not once, but twice to find out that portions of my appointment were cancelled day-of with no explanation; never received any test results back without calling to find out, often to learn that my treatment was further delayed because of something found in the results...that they had been sitting on but never called me about; asked for referrals twice to an endocrinologist and they were never sent (confirmed, because same instructions were given to primary doctor and I magically got a call back...) Never really understood my next steps and what I was supposed to do...*We were told we were 'great candidates for an IUI' and had to go through 3 IUI cycles before we could get to IVF. Our diagnosis is morphology. IUI has a less than 1% success rate with a morphology of less than 2%. Our new clinic kindly explained this to us and gave us the option to skip (saving $6k I might add) It's almost like the whole point is to just get money out of us...Oh and the doctor clearly couldn't go out of her script to answer any follow up questions on morphology.*The worst front office you'll ever experience. Rude, have 0 idea what they are doing, will consistently tell you that 'they can't help you', and when you call or ask questions, it's clearly an annoyance. All in all, we switched clinics and it's been completely night and day difference. And our stress levels about our fertility treatments have drastically gone down because of it. I just want you to know if you are frustrated and feeling stuck, you don't have to be. If you are also experiencing the above, it doesn't have to be this way. If you are searching for a clinic, CCRM is NOT it. Take your care under your control, interview with the other clinics in your area. It's worth it. Hopefully CCRM also takes this as real feedback to improve upon, specifically in office management as that is the main pain point for nearly every review I read and experience I had.

As an outside monitoring patient at CCRM my experience has been a bit different bc my doctor, in Chicago, is still treating me, but CCRM has been monitoring my bloodwork and ultrasounds. The communication between myself and their coordinator, Kristina, has been absolutely pristine. She’s been responsive and helpful, especially when my doctors office hasn’t been able to be as communicative. She’s quick to problem solve and to be a support system. She really is the backbone of the entire department and my positive experience has been a direct result of her help.

Doctors here are the absolute worst. Total inability to think for themselves and they simply do not care. They just follow the same procedure without any individual care. Just a bunch of money grubbing morons. The billing department is terrible too, they constantly bill you for things that were supposed to be sent to insurance.2nd star is because the rest of the staff are actually great. The technicians, nurse practitioners, and really everyone else are kind, helpful, and compassionate. Sadly, the main person you're going to visit is the doctor, and the doctors here suck.

At CCRM, you pretty much feel stuck- knowing that they have the best science and A+ doctors but a business team that will make you want to bang your head against the wall every appt! (Never a good thing for stress and fertility!) they will charge you different fees for the same services and very worst of all, they will accept private pay although they know you have insurance that covers it. That’s what happened to me and several others I hear at the offices arguing with the front desk (and apparently many here on the reviews as well. Do they read these??? Or just not care?) I found out that more than 5k of my services would have been covered by insurance. They refuse to do anything about it and even though they will say it’s wrong to you in person and on the phone, they will send you blanket responses with parts of their small print that essentially say you are responsible for insurance… despite already providing it to them! I could say a lot more here about how horrible the business and payments side is but let me just leave it at this- I wish now that I would have chose Conceptions or Albreit or really any other Denver provider because having the best science is wonderful but not paired with their rude, often condescending, staff on the financial side. If I could go back now, I would. Save yourself the headache… and money and skip CCRM.

My husband and I could not have asked for a better IVF experience at CCRM. All of the staff was attentive and caring along with great communication with nursing. I could not recommend Dr Ehrhart more. She was attentive, caring and kind. She took the time to explain things and you could tell she truly cared about us as patients!

As a medical provider I have a lot of understanding and compassion for other health care offices and understand that things don’t always go as smooth as planned. I’d had a good experience with CCRM when things were straightforward, but when I really needed them, they completely failed me. I had an urgent question the night of my IVF trigger and the on call nurse Kris told me there was no way to reach my doctor. She was uncompassionate and rude. For such an emotional procedure I could not believe how she talked to me. I understand that medical providers need to be able to delegate and have a personal life, but being unable to have the nurse reach my doctor at a a critical time of my treatment for an urgent question is unacceptable. They claim to be accessible to patients and that communicating in a timely manner is of utmost importance to them, but that was not my experience. If you have a straight forward case, they may work for you but if you anything other than straightforward, I would recommend seeking care elsewhere.

I hated my experience at CCRM. I was diagnosed with cancer and was encouraged to save eggs before chemo as a way to help preserve fertility before chemo. I met with Dr. Kondapoly one time over zoom and never heard from her again. She wasn't even the doctor who did the procedure. She is supposed to be "the best doc there for cancer patients". All of my experiences left me feeling like I was just a cow in an assembly line with the only goal of making CCRM as much money as possible. I would not recommend this place at all and I am so sorry if you are in a hard situation that requires you to get care there! Just know, you can transfer eggs, embryos, and care elsewhere if need be.

I love my wife with all my heart. And as the husband of a patient of CCRM, and a patient myself, I regret ever going to CCRM. They are a corporate practice that cares more about money and policies than patient satisfaction and customer service. Which given the gravity of the nature of their business, should be a top priority. There was a last a minute change to my wife's trigger dose prior to her IVF retrieval. The nurse called at 5:30pm with new instructions/dosage the night before her retrieval. When my wife tried to contact her physician to discuss the changes, she was told by the on-call nurse Kris that "it's not my problem" and that their company policy is not to contact your specific doctor. Only the on-call doctor can be contacted who can't change any order from your regular doctor. We were told by Kris"......too bad. You should have handled this during regular business hours." My wife is has an issue with IVF that less than 1% of people have and felt this change would be detrimental to the outcome. Because she could not get ahold of her doctor, I had to watch my wife cry all night, cry at the surgery center, and watch her cry as she was wheeled back to the operating room. This process is full of enough heart break. Save yourself more grief and find another clinic.
