This is my favorite retail store in the entire state. Incredible selection, designer brands, very reasonable prices, constant sales and clearance, an owner who always goes the extra mile and somehow remembers the names of her frequent costumers, and fun events. Plus great staff! I drive from Boulder to visit/sell clothes at least 2-3 times a month and it’s always worth the time. This is my happy place!

Not taking clothes the last few times I’ve been here. I’m giving up on selling here! I used to love the store at the old location, but since new ownership has taken over there has been constant changes on selling “rules” (bag size and type) and what they will and won’t take. As a seller, it’s very frustrating!
Today I went to drop off, and they wouldn’t even look at my things because of an event. Last time, they just had too much. Won’t be back. Business lost.

Just shopped here today and found great stuff! I love this store. Also had Marianne help me and she is the SWEETEST and kindest person to work with! She helped me make decisions and gave recommendations that I loved. Give them a try!

I wrote a poor review a few months ago and it was taken down. So that should tell you everything you need to know :)
The owner will gaslight you beyond your wildest dreams; so, if that is your jam, then you'll love them!
If you're going to shop, you'll have better luck at Goodwill, honestly! That is where I have started going! I have also had such a more pleasant experience selling my things of value on Facebook Marketplace!
I'm warning you, don't waste your time!
I'm sure this review will be gone when I check again, too. :) I'm screenshotting it this time! Don't worry!

This is a cute and clean place with a lot of inventory. They have high quality, brand name items and we always find something new and exciting. The staff is very pleasant, informative, and work hard to get buys processed. We’ve loved coming here and will definitely be back! Special thanks to Daphne who made our experience a 10/10. ?

A very frustrating experience. Don't be fooled, they say the buy "all day, every day" and no appointment necessary on the website. Call first to find out the rules, but they don't answer the phone, and slow to answer messages. There is nothing on the site about limits for size of bag of goods they will consider, nor a limit on the amount one customer can try to sell. We drove up from Colorado Springs and they wouldn't/ couldn't even look at the items. When I expressed my frustration about the lack of information on the website, it was blamed on "corporate." Goodwill got a big bonus that day.
