“Better than before. I have been going to this wash for years. Up until recently, it has been a so-so car wash; Fast but not thorough. The past month they have changed course. They are spending much more time cleaning each car, which is a dramatic improvement over previous washes, but you better budget 30-mins from start to finish (depending on how busy they are). I guess I would choose quality over speed, so I am happy with this new change... but personally still adapting to the wait time.”

“My check engine light came on so I took it to the Volkswagen dealership. They told me that it needed $2.7k in repairs. The car was driving fine and I felt uneasy (the report said outdated code). A friend recommended EAS tire and auto. I came here hoping for a better experience and I GOT IT! They said I didn’t need anything the dealer recommended but showed me a belt that was cracked ($300) which wasn’t on the report. It’s been a long time since I was happy getting my car fixed.”
“Above and beyond customer service. Forgot my wallet at home and they don't have tap to pay so was about to leave and the employee said this car wash is on the house. There are still companies out there that believe in customer service and in return they just earned a customer for life!”
“Looove Tim and the shop at Downing. I have been a client for almost 2 years now (a friend referred me). They always get the work done quickly and price very fairly. I typically drop off the day before scheduled work and can pick up before they close after the work is completed. I really appreciate the flexibility in that, as well as the care and effort in retaining customers. I drive from Aurora and won’t take my car anywhere else for mechanical work.”

“This car wash has literally everything you could need to make your car sparkle, there’s no need to go anywhere else. It would be a waste of money. They even have air to blow out dust in your car and a rug washer and dryer that take about 3 minutes!”

“When I did a Google search for touchless carwashes in Parker, Super Star was by far the highest rated. So I showed up, paid and then as I turned the corner I saw - BRUSHES!!!
I asked the attendant over, and he kindly helped me pull out and brought Samuel (GM) over to help with a refund. Samuel took my info and immediately darted away to do what was needed for my refund.
When he came back we had the most pleasant conversation. There was no pressure or negativity in his words or tone. Just by his kindness and knowledge, he had convinced me to go ahead and drive thru.
I must say, I was blown away at how nice a job the wash did. Samuel knew my concerns - he actually walked halfway thru the wash watching everything, and then met me shortly after in the parking lot while I was drying my BABY just to make sure I was pleased and not upset. He took a big risk that I could have been unreasonable or unkind but approached me without hesitation. He had a great big smile and a firm handshake.

“I am really particular when it comes to my cars and ColoradoDetail did not disappoint! I have been to multiple tint/clear bra shops around the area but their workmanship does not compare to any other shops, if not the best, definitely one of the best in town! Every time I go to the car wash just he always comes by to make sure that my standards are always met with my vehicle. He is the most polite and hardworking young man I have seen at this car wash. This establishment is very lucky to have him and I feel I am also very lucky to have him there almost every time I wash my car. I will continue to keep my pass every single month because I feel like Jesse takes time with every customer to make sure their needs are always met. “Self-service car wash has good pressure but not a lot of soap on high pressure soap function. May be necessary to spend more money on pre-soak first.
The vacuum hose where I parked was almost totally clogged up. Will give it another try and see if there's some improvement.”

“This is my go to spot for a touchless wash for my 2023 Challenger R/T. Powerful tech yet delicate wash at a great price. I went today with only credit card and the owner was there still setting up new card readers, so since the machine was down he gave me a top wash on the house. Can’t beat that, thank you again!”
“The work was great. My car came back looking better than it has since I bought it. The rest of the interaction was a bit sketchy. The key dropoff is in an unmarked garage door. It is not obvious at all, and I ended up leaving my key hidden on the car. The card reader was down, and no one was at a desk or anything, so I paid cash to the person cleaning my car. The car was supposed to take 4ish hours to be done, 6 max. When I hadn't heard anything after 7 hours I called and was told they were just finishing. They were not done and after waiting 15 minutes I drove home with my seats still damp. Like I said, the car looked great and in the end it was worth it. Just kind of a weird business experience.”

The only thing missing at this great little self serve carwash is an upholstery shampoo &/or car/air freshebers.”

“Pretty good price wise- you might as well get the membership because it costs that just for one wash. I go here because it's close to my place... So it's convenient. Customer service has always been great at this location. The brushes do create small scratches in your paint tho. So I will be cancelling due to that. Better to just handwash
