I bought a 75” TV from here online. Was able to pick it up the next day. It didn’t fit in the car I drove, but staff were so nice to hang onto the TV until I could get the bigger vehicle. They helped me load it and the pickup process was very easy to follow. Love the TV, fit perfectly and picture is amazing. No complaints

They made a mistake when registering me for Microsoft 365, and it took quite a bit to get it resolved, but were friendly with me and worked until it was resolved effectively.

Went to Home Depot and got the appliance that I wanted off the shelf. All I needed to know was if the box would fit in my car. People at Best buy couldn't help. Should be on the website anyway.

I needed at factory reset on my boyfriend's phone and I went to Geek squad inside Best Buy and they were all friendly, fast and efficient to get what I needed done. I recommend Geek Squad.
