Don't bother shopping here. Customer service is terrible. Empty promises on when your furniture will be delivered. It's expensive and you won't get your furniture when they say. I'm going on 3 weeks since they said it will be deliver and still no furniture.

Great experience! Kait was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She showed us a few options that might suit our needs and then allowed us time to look around the store on our own. Kait helped us find the perfect sofa set for our reading nook. We will definitely shop at Bassett Furniture again!

This is a premium furniture store. If you're looking for reasonable prices, don't bother to stop here. A simple two sided sectional was almost $12,000 - ON SALE! And styles were pretty old fashioned, as was the staff. Judging by the parking lot full of Mercedes, Audi's and Lexus', they are making a mighty fine living!
(We were the only ones there, so had to be staff cars.) We got a complete tour and history of the company, even though we didn't ask for it. Frankly, we couldn't get out of there fast enough!

Bought 2 custom upholstered sofas and upholstered ottoman. Spent quite a bit of $$ expecting it to last longer than cheap furniture you can buy next door. Unfortunately after 2+ years, the arms and seats of the sofas are fraying and coming apart, the ottoman is wearing and we specifically bought down fill so they would hold up but they don’t. Buyer beware that when you choose down, it doesn’t stay contained. We have a barrage of feathers constantly poking out and flying around. I have learned it’s probably just better to buy disposable furniture every couple of years and not waste money on supposed higher end furniture, which turns out to be no better.

Buyer Beware!!! Check the reviews at Consumer Affairs and BBB. Have had customer service to my home 4 times. And," I need to use a steamer on the sectional". Not maintaining it properly. I have owned 12 sofas in my life and never such poor quality. I had one sofa from American Furniture and their quality was much higher than the sectional I purchased.
