The BEST banking experience I’ve ever had! The entire staff was welcoming, kind, and personable! Frankie the manager has the best energy and John was very thorough, quick, and friendly! Don’t believe the reviews because they are under new management and it’s a beautiful space to enter. They’ll take care of you!

Thank you to John for helping me a lot in processing the case where my money was swallowed in an ATM machine...he helped very kindly from start to finish the process well...he also helped with the process of opening a credit card which I didn't really understand but he explained it well. so detailed..thank you for your help!!! 5 of 5 stars

Monday (5/29/2023) I tried to deposit some money in the drive up ATM machine. The money got caught in the ATM machine on the Memorial Day, the following day I opened a claim to have the money refunded, a process that takes 10-40 days. Due to the length of time I was told a temporary value was going to appear in the account while the claim processed however that temporary value has still not appeared for me. Worst bank ever.

I intentionally made a large deposit at the counter to ensure when funds would be available. I was told they were available immediately to cover payments and would be available the next day (today) for withdrawal. Instead, BOA did an overnight review and for a reason they can't explain decided to wait until 5/17 to make the funds available. Note these are funds from another very large financial institution, not a personal or small company's check. So now my account is overdrawn by thousands of dollars. The 800 number and online chat reps say they can't help, and no one at the branch is answering the phone. Beware of being misled with your own money! A total bait and switch. I would have cashed or deposited this large check elsewhere had I been given correct information.

After Covid, the branch experience feels so cold. Understand, but it's just a much less personable experience. Happy long term customer, overall experience has been pretty good. Not perfect, but pretty good vs some of the other banks I've worked with in the past.

Drive up atm has been down twice in the last week and today the inside atm was down as well.... came inside where multiple staff were too busy doing other things only one person was working at the teller stand while doing a large transaction for one person. Other staff were on a VR headset and just chatting when they could be helping customers or fixing their atms

I’ve been here about 4 times now and service has been great! Everyone was friendly and it wasn’t too busy. If you have an appointment and another appointment is running late, then yes, you have to wait a little bit.

If I could rate this establishment lower than 1-star, I would. The customer service received at this facility was completely uncalled for and targeted - the manager of this branch - Brooke Saxton, treated me and my daughter. We experienced the worst I have ever seen another human being treat someone - especially in this type of environment. My personal, business, and my child's banking was through this establishment - and we now go our of our way to NEVER go to this branch out of fear of seeing this awful human again. As a manager she is the example for the team she runs, and a representative of the bank - you should be embarrassed of how this person is running this branch, and audit how she is truly treating people. DO NOT BANK HERE

I dropped in from out of town to get a cashier's check for a vehicle purchase in the area. I was greeted twice, both by friendly and helpful financial specialists. The line for the teller was long, so Ron offered to help since I was in a hurry. Ron was professional, polite, and took care of my request quickly. He also updated my account for me since my information was out of date.

I used the ATM on the weekend (when the bank was closed) and then was going to walk next door to in n out. They had someone there even on the weekend when the bank is closed kicking people out of their parking lot. Seems unnecessary.

Horrible service from the small business team at this location, I'll continue going to the areas around here. Went in to set up a new bank account at this location for my other LLC and you would swear this location was empty. The employees all hang out inside one room, don't greet you, and don't care for your business. Figured I'd support the bank closest to my home in Stonegate but I'd rather take the drive and do not recommend going here. All the other BOFAs have been very friendly and helpful.
