Our experience at the Autonation Buick GMC in Park Meadows was stellar. We drove down to view and purchase a used Lexus GS 350 and our salesman JR was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, supporting our experience and not apply any kind of unwanted pressure to buy. After we inspected the vehicle, we noticed some minor comedic issues which we pointed out to JR, he mentioned that the dealership was able to bring in specialists to remedy these issues without extra charge and help to restore the car to as good of a condition as they could.After purchasing the car, since it was Autonation Certified, we were given a 90 day comprehensive warranty that covered issues related to the driving experience of the car. We discovered during an appointment at a Lexus dealership to take care of a recalled part that our driver side CV boot was leaking enough to warrant replacement. Jacob our Service Advisor provided above and beyond help to get our repair done in house and under warranty coverage.We greatly appreciate JR, Jacob, and the staff and service at AutoNation Buick GMC Park Meadows and would highly recommend their sales and services to others looking to purchase from them in the future.

Excellent service! I dropped my car off a day early before my appointment and they were able to work on my care that day. Also, great communication regarding my cars problems and what needed to be fixed.

Our visit to AutoNation Buick proved disappointing as the cars listed on their internet inventory were not available for viewing, despite a two-hour drive. Shockingly, this issue extended beyond one car to a total of four, making it the most unsatisfactory experience I've ever had at a car dealership.

My truck broke down in Denver (I live in Pueblo) and they recommended a great towing company, Connolly's Towing, and they were incredible. They towed my truck to GMC Park Meadows and they were fantastic! I got emails throughout the day to let me know the progress of the work being done and they also did a couple things that just needed to be done that I hadn't taken care of yet! Great customer service and great work! Thank you for your help!!!

Had car in for service a week ago, quite easy and nice experience. But when tires were being rotated a sensor was unknowingly broken. I pointed it out and they not only replaced the brakes (which the sensor is connected to) but went an extra mile and also replaced the rotors at no cost to me. Brian in service coordinated this with the General Manager and made this an incredible experience where they obviously put the customer first.

Wow! This place is absolutely amazing. I hate car dealerships but the service I received here from Julio Lopez Marroquin and Bryan in finance was exceptional. I have been to at least 15 places this month test driving, asking questions, running numbers. I saw a car online emailed about it and some other options, Julio scheduled an appointment the same day, washed all the cars I wanted, placed them all upfront next to each other, did research and had notes on all of them and we test drove it, he came up with amazing numbers, beat all the other stores! We laughed and joked and it felt so friendly, Brian did the paper work super fast offered me options that I could afford and we also joked about fried cow lol... I will be back and send all my friends and family here. 10 Stars, just WOW!

My service was done efficiently and I even received a video from the technician explaining the under-carriage of my vehicle pointing out brake pad depth and tire wear. Awesome!

2024 GMC SIERRA 3500(Dripping oil from my transfer case ,) first service take two weeks between January 2 to January 16, they located wrong spot, changed front seal, and dripping change to pouring oil. so I give them a truck February 17 and pick up my truck week after February 24 and tell them has to be fixed because I need my truck for my construction work. They didn’t fix anything, but at the day I picked up my truck they told me , oops we have a finally parts here. How should I reschedule my customers? They have my truck for three weeks and didn’t fix basic transfer case oil leak. I asked him if they can give me a favor and change the fuel filter? Nope they didn’t do that. Now they need 48 to 36 hours to fix a.problem. ask them if I can have another truck for 2 to 3 days during the repair, because they already had my truck for three weeks. Everything is under factory warranty, no help with another truck, no help with fuel filter (such as I’m not asking that much) no help with anything. my previous five tracks was Dodge Ram and never ever have a problem with the service. This is my first GMC. J.Silhavy
