I’m writing to express my sincere gratitude for the excellent service that I received from Assistant Manager Joshua Sajdyk provided me recently when I was purchasing a new iPhone at AT&T store. Joshua was patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. He went above and beyond upgrading my iPhone.I was particularly impressed by the empathy he has for AT&T customers and willingness to stay with me until everything was completely done. I know that Joshua was very busy, but he never made me feel rushed. He took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand, and he made sure that I was satisfied with the outcome. I am so grateful for his impeccable customer service skills and integrity. The Manager at the ParkMeadows store is extremely rude and lazy. I went in to ask about issues with our business account bill and he told me to call the company instead of helping me. I asked about a phone we received that was not what we ordered and he told me to call the company. I am not sure what this guy does at the store or what he manages. Extremely poor service!!

Arwa A. Was simply amazing. I had gone into the store on Sunday waiting for my Sunday dinner to be ready. Arwa invited me into the store with open arms lol but I’ve been into a number AT&T stores as a young professional but this might have been my best customer service experience I’ve had. I can stay this leadership team is leading in the right direction. Thank you!!

This store is terrible. My sons phone was stolen back in July on a family trip to Mexico. We went in to this store because it is a corporate store and was told we shouldn’t have any issues with them fraudulently adding services to my account as had been done several times by the franchise store up the street. Boy was that wrong. Right away they attempted to sell us Apple Watches. At the time they were buy one get one free. The lady we were working with, Octavia M. Brought two watches out to show us, I told her if I could pay cash for them but did not want the lines added to my account. She scanned and charged me for the watches than told me they were going to be added to my account so I told her we do not want them. She supposedly processed a refund and we went on our way with paying off the stolen device and purchasing a new one. Now I know they get a kick back for adding additional services such as the advantage plus warranty. I told her do not add this on my plan and this was an issue we continued to have at the franchise store. I told her I know they get kick back for it but we are not interested.I noticed our bill increase a couple months ago seemed more than expected so I went to look at the bill and noticed Octavia M. Added the two watches to my account and had been getting charged the monthly fee for additional lines. I called customer service and explained the situation and they credited me the monthly charges. I go look at the billing for November and my bill was back up, so I went to look again and to dig into each line (I have 7) and find that Octavia M. Had added the advantage plus warranty for 4 lines, $45 a month as I asked not to. She knew I asked her because in the past when this has happened, I have gotten a welcome email with benefits of the warranty, this did not happen so I was not aware of the additional charges until now.This store and their workers are frauds. I will never go to an AT&T store for anything again and would not recommend anybody to go to this store specifically. I have now spent over 2 hours correcting this billing issue with the AT&T customer service.

Was literally lied to by the 3 employees. Was told we could upgrade our phones with no fee and they could add a “third line” in the background so we could upgrade sooner with no charge & our bill wouldn’t increase. LIES!!! Just got our 1st bill and we are SURPRISE being charged for all 3 lines when we only have 2 phones. Would’ve been easier to just be honest & say we couldn’t upgrade yet unless we wanted to pay. Now I’m stuck paying for 3 lines when I have 2 phones. So unprofessional and discourteous of my time and money. If I could give ZERO stars I would.

We decided to switch from T-Mobile to AT&T and the sales representative at this store were so amazing! They were very helpful and patient with us and our entire family. We opened up six new lines and even though the prices may be a little more expensive than T-Mobile, we are happy to make the move for better phone service.

ATT customer service was great at the Park Meadows Mall store. I visited on the day that IPhone 15 was first sold in 09/23; the store was not crowded & I was able to purchase a new light pink smartphone. The sales staff was very helpful & able to answer all the questions of a 71 year old senior. They also reassured me that I could come back anytime for assistance. Job, well done ATT.

AMAZING!!! Soooo pleasantly surprised! After much issue, Bambo and Josh (The store assistant manager) were BOTH absolutely AWESOME!! Greeted us and gave us their full attention. ANSWERED ALL of our question, very knowledgeable after getting runaround on the phone with customer service. HIGHLY recommend giving this store your business!!!

Matt the “Manager” is the Biggest liar I have ever met… he dragged me on for 8 months lying to me. My phone was randomly disconnected, he never returned my calls, lied over and over about correcting a problem they caused and now I am stuck with a “Free” (yeah right) watch I didn’t even want for $800.00. Disgusting! All the details are irrelevant.. just don’t get talked into any of their promotions at the AT&T Park Meadows location! Leaving AT&T after 15 years… feel bad for his employees and bad for AT&T that he represents them!
