I took my new phone to an Att store in Castle Rock CO and he did nothing. Zero to help me. Did not explain anything. I took it to another store in Lone Tree and Richard?? Completed the transfer for me immediately. He was soooo friendly and explained everything he was doing. What a joy this employee is. I like to call him “Magic”.

Amazing customer service, had many issues that were out of there hands with trying to transfer over the phone and they did everything they could to resolve them. After 3 visits we finally got the problem solved and I left with a new phone!! Shout out to Dustin and the 2 other gentlemen who assisted in this process!

I was assisted by two very knowledgeable young men who were very concerned with positive outcomes and happy customers. They both had mature attitudes and expressed joy in having an opportunity to assist and problem solve. I don't know about all your employees, but these two are not just assets but award winners. It was a joy working with them!

Upgraded my phone to the new iPhone 14 Pro and it was such an easy process thanks to Carlos and others at this store. They are so willing to help and are very resourceful. Recommend to anyone!!

Wow! What a terrible experience here today: just bought a new iPhone through ATT less than a week ago: it’s already cracked and acting glitchy. Both of the people working this store essentially refused to honor the 14 day satisfaction guarantee ATT includes in their own contract and instead tried to make me buy ATT insurance to make a claim when the 14 day period is over. When I refused, neither thought to assist in returning the likely defective phone. At one point, the “manager” looked at me and said “you broke it, so is it really defective?”. The combative nature of especially the “manager” was off putting and upsetting. When I said I was also making a payment, the “manager” said he “didn’t need to take my money”. I recommend sticking to the Centennial or Littleton locations and steering clear of this ATT store.

Gina was a great help! We had dealt with a phone update issue and ended up having to upgrade. Two stores prior we received a lot of quick and fake bureaucratic red tape. She found a way to work with our issue and it was quick and painless after a very frustrating process prior. Thank you for being a professional Gina!!!

We have stopped in this location a few other times and are always greeted with kindness and knowledge of product. Gabe is an outstanding employee, very knowledgable and explains the product, apple watch ultra, in a very understanding way. Gabe was very professional and responsible about getting back to us in a timely manner regarding additional information we needed. We were very Thankful for his help and expertise. Colleen Molitor

Shoutout to Tess & Danielle who did a wonderful job helping me upgrade my phone! They both were incredibly knowledge on the products, the processes, and everything in between. Shoutout to them both and to how efficient this location is!PS: I was waiting for the AT&T email to give feedback on my visit, but I didn’t see any link for a post-visit survey, so I just came here. I hate being scammed. Buy your phone elsewhere, they lied about a discount on an older phone I did not want and added monthly fees I never agreed to. I was told they would give me 50% off the iPhone 12 model they had as they needed to get rid of them for new inventory. They charged me almost $800 for the old model and I didn't realize because they put it as a payment plan on my account that I did not want. I was a bit shocked when I went to pay off the phone and found over $700 outstanding. A late-model phone at 50% is not this much. They also enrolled me in an upgrade service with a monthly cost (ATT Next Up) I would never use. I was also enrolled in an insurance plan I would never pay $17/month for on a phone I could replace at any time. I've been with AT&T for nearly 20 years and have never been so disappointed. I did call the store and no one called me back. I’ve started a complaint through our corporate FAN and shared this with several hundreds staff living in the DTC area. I’ll share to Nextdoor. as well.

I am so appreciative of the assistance that I got at this location! The rep was really attentive and helpful. The store manager also came over to check on things; he was very sweet and knowledgeable. I strongly recommend this location to everyone!
