Had a great experience at Athleta Park Meadows. Came to by yoga pants as a gift. The staff was very helpful. Within a few minutes we found the style, right size, but wrong color.I asked if they had black. The clerk scanned the label and was able to locate a black pair in their store room. Very pressed with their inventory control system and the helpfulness of the staff. My wife loves the quality of their products.

I have been disappointed by this particular store over and over. Their clothes are wonderful, but the customer service is horrendous. I received a coat from my mom for my bday (that she has bought online) and it was too big. I took it to the store, with the receipt, to exchange for a smaller size and was told that that had to occur online. I knew that wasn't true and asked her to ask someone else. She would not. Later, I got in line and was told the same thing. Finally, my sister went up and asked a 3rd person and they happily exchanged it, saying that that is never a problem. A few months later, I bought a sweatshirt and they left the security tag on. No big deal! I went back a few weeks later, they took it back and kindly, gave me a $50 gift card to say sorry (that was awesome and not expected). I gave that card to my daughter that day and she went in to buy two bras which cost $52. When they rang it up, they said she couldn't use the card because they couldn't figure out how to register it in the system and tried nothing else. It's a gift card. It should be pretty standard procedure, but they just wouldn't even try to help her out. We will not be going back!!!

Shout out to Bonnie, she went above & beyond helping me a few days ago. There was also a really nice woman with short brownish-ginger colored hair who also helped me out, but I did not get her name. Anyway, the customer care is on point and Bonnie should definitely be valued by the company! :)

This review is based off of three different visits to this store where I received the same treatment. I have been ignored every single time I have entered this store. I have entered this store along side other customers who have been greeted and acknowledged, while I have been blatantly ignored. I get looked up and down every-time I enter this store. There is AN OBVIOUS difference in treatment between women of color who are shopping here vs Caucasian women. I highly suggest some discrimination training for this store.

Received no help in the dressing room. When I asked for a different size the lady acted annoyed. Then decided to tell me about my body saying I should shop online because there is nothing for petite people I the store. Walked out for being treated so poorly. Go to the Cherry Creek one at least they are not rude.

This store rarely has any sizes other than S and XS for try-on in stock, and it is always way too busy, with each salesperson doing a zillion tasks at once so it takes forever to get help. Would recommend going to a different location (if it would be any different).

Had a pretty bad customer experience at Athleta lone tree. Their customer service is terrible. I had a mask on and I was asked with three different people, in front of other customers and loudly, to put it over my nose. I cannot wear it over my nose doctor's orders. I spend a lot of money in the store and I will not be back. When I wrote to the customer service, their response to me was that they are too busy to respond to customer service issues and thank you for your comments. There are ways to handle this in the store quietly and discreetly without blatantly embarrassing customers. I will not be back
