Thank you thank you, Randy! After buying a sweater in-store, I was interested in seeing what other colors were available since the store had limited stock. When I checked online, I found the sweater with an additional 40% off—not marked as a final sale item. I called the store to ask about the price difference, and Randy was prompt, professional, and super kind. She went above and beyond by adjusting the price for me over the phone, saving me a trip back to the store. Randy’s warmth and excellent customer service made the whole process easy and pleasant. Highly recommend!

The customer service is terrific! Theresa was especially helpful when I went to return my yellow sweat shirt that didn’t wash very well. While I wasn’t able to get another yellow one, they were very accommodating and understanding. Thank you!

Staff is exceptional! I recently went shopping for athletic clothes for the winter time. I’m an avid runner (recently ran a half marathon) and practice yoga now for 15 years. I’m very picky about my athletic clothes to make sure they are comfortable and functional.
All of the employees were so kind, attentive and made great recommendations. The energy in here was very welcoming, especially Sarah who was very attentive and helpful. I bought the salutation pants, joggers, salutation zip up and a long sleeve. To say I LOVE all of the items is an understatement. The cherry on top is the company specializes in female clothing, meaning the quality is superb and they pay attention to detail in their design.
Any reviews that complain about the price of Athleta clothing surely doesn’t care about quality nor are they really into athletics. If you want cheap athletic clothes with lack of attention to detail and no customer service, that’s what TJ Max or Marshalls is for.

They remodeled this location and it looks amazing. Problem is they are pumping a very perfumey scent throughout the store and the smell is so strong I can’t stand to be in there. I will never step foot in that store again. I was in there for two minutes today and the clothes I’m wearing smell like it now.

Bought a pair of pants a couple of weeks ago. Wore them once and the waist band is coming apart. When I went to the store to exchange it was closed for remodel with no re-open date. Called customer service and after a 30 minute wait was told that since I bought it in the store I and to go there to exchange. When I explained the store was closed she said there was nothing she could do. She had no date for re-opening or any other options to return or exchange. Cheap product and poor customer service

I love Athleta and will continue to always shop online. But this stores customer service is horrible. I strictly keep my interactions to returning online purchases that don’t work out. I will not actually spend time shopping at this store due to the staff.
So Athleta actually would get 4 or 5 stars. But the 1 star is for this specific location and the people that work there.

I wasn't going to leave a review because I didn't want anymore negative energy. However, I did a Google search to make sure I could use my Athleta merch card at Gap, strictly to avoid Athleta! But then I saw this! Empower women it says! That is laughable! Both Randi and Jo should read this and remember why Athleta thinks they're special. The way I was treated about a month ago doing a return was unacceptable. They are rude, snotty, mean girls. I will never shop there again. I'm just one person, so I'm sure this is laughable to them. But treating people like this and staring them down as they leave the store and walk around the corner? I guess I didn't fit the Athleta standards. Good luck! Maybe this will be a good reminder to be nice to everyone. Or maybe customer service isn't where they should be working.In regards to the pants, they are cute and flattering! However, they don't last for long. Most of mine have either holes or are fraying at the seams."Athleta was founded in 1998 to put women first."We should all be nicer to each other.

Horrible customer service! Each time I have visited this location; I am never greeted and I am ignored by the entire staff. Yesterday I was in search of comfortable clothing to wear to a work summit. Against my better judgement I decided to stop in. I spent around 5 minutes in the store and not once was I greeted or asked if I needed help. Due to the lack of basic customer service, I decided to spend my money at Vuori. As someone who use to work for Gap Inc. I know this is not the level of customer service they would tolerate.

Athleta products are so well made and comfortable AND very easy to style together. Lynne helped me today in getting a limited item from the back of the store. I really appreciate her patience and assistance in helping me walk out with what I was looking for instead of having to do an online order.

Today was an exceptional experience thanks to an outstanding employee named Jenn at the Park Meadows Athleta. She was very welcoming when I entered and promptly assisted me in locating the items I was searching for, ensuring the right size for a perfect fit. Despite the store not carrying the petite version of the pants I was looking for, Jenn went above and beyond. She diligently searched online for the specific size and color I wanted, only to find them out of stock. Undeterred, she informed me of their restocking date and even looked throughout the entire store for my size in a different color, going the extra mile to ensure they would fit me. This was my first time visiting Athleta, and definitely wont be my last, thanks to Jenn.
