Pretty cool store. Good place to take your wife to let her burn some time. Plus is prices are pretty good so not as rough on us men’s wallets. All they need is a bar and some TVs so we can watch some sports while they shop

First time going here and most items were broken and/or very poor quality. On top of poor quality it was extremely overpriced for what it was. You'd be better off buying used furniture online. I guarantee it would be in better condition

Ordered a product for pickup, I get an email saying the order is ready. I take E470 to get there (paying tolls) and when I get there no one comes out so I go inside to get and tell an associate. First she tells me she doesn't see the order and then she finds it. She walks all the way to the back to go get it and brings it out to me. I get all the way home (paying more tolls) and the product doesn't have all the pieces which can easily be seen . So I get to drive all the way back to the store. Don't know if I'll be shopping here again.

Not impressed with this store at all. Most the stuff is low or average quality for twice as much or more then you can get it at other stores. Most the stuff looked cheap at a rip off price

This was my first visit to this store. I appreciate that I was greeted by several employees and asked if I needed help. I loved the large variety of home decor items. Unfortunately, the color I wanted was not available for the item I was seeking to purchase. I'll buy it online instead. It was nice to be able to put my hands on several items and verify the quality and size before I make the online purchase. I'll be back to this store once my other home projects are completed.

Be careful, you will want to buy the whole store. They have a wide selection of home decor from patio furniture to indoor decor, kitchen items, bathroom items. Anything for your house!

I was an At Home manager years ago in another state. Let me start by saying this At Home was horrible. I would never have allowed my store to look like this...ever. Dirty floors, dust covered product on shelves, out of place items clearly show no recovery being done nightly, boxes upon boxes of furniture opened and parts all over the place etc. 2nd, I counted 7 different employees throughout the store at 3 pm during my visit. The eldest and most senior member of the staff was running the one and only register in operation while the line had 9 people, 6 of whom had shopping carts full, and this poor older woman was struggling. It wasn't her fault. It was the other 5 employees that had a birds eye shot of, and direct walk by of the register queue and did absolutely nothing.This manager needs to be disciplined and possibly demoted or retrained. He/she is not advocating for a good shopping experience in this store.

Great store with easy access in a very busy area. This store has everything you need for the home. It is clean, well shocked and the staff is very helpful. I stop by just to check the clearance items. There are always new mark downs and I have snagged some great deals.

Great store. Very well organized. There is some sort of sewage disaster affecting the air quality inside. Someone really needs to fix this situation.

Store had large empty sections. I suspect for the seasonal transition. Only one staff member made an effort to interact with us despite them being everywhere in the store. I was just browsing so it wasn’t a big deal. Nice selection of pretty much every house are you can imagine. Some items felt cheap despite pricing, but there lots of items on sale. Over all, an ok experience.

Very limited experience. My wife buys too much (or the wrong stuff) and has me return it. They make the return process very easy. I appreciate that.
